Introduction Oh hey, one of these. I was really only interested in making a walkthrough of this game because there were no others, so it would actually help a number of people. I am surprised there were no other guides before mine, really. That's all I have to say on that front. Spoilers are in the version history, too, so please watch out. Yes, I copy and paste some parts into others. I am bad with words, so please excuse my poor choices or notify me of them. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Table of Contents -Introduction (You saw this, already, right?) -Table of Contents (You definitely saw this!) -Legal Stuff (Public Domain) -Version History (Boring, but necessary) -Definitions and Notes (So you know what I mean during the guide) -Walkthrough (Why you are here, probably) -Just search for the level name (e.g. 1-1) to jump straight there -Bonus Levels (The other reason you might be here) -Mini-Toy Kit Challenge (If the game just isn't hard enough for you...) -Unlockables (You even find out what items you unlock here) -Level Editor (For those with trouble with their creativity) -Contact Information (Don't bother, since I won’t see it, anyway) ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Legal Stuff I have decided to make this public domain. You can't copyright this information but you may use it in any way you like. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Version History Until version 1.0, all numbers are in reference to the completion level of my guide. Prior to version 0.40, I list how many levels I had complete after each session. You may notice a lack of consistency in wording between these sub-versions. 4, 10, 14, 15, 17, 20, 22, 24, 25, 27, 28, 30, 32, 34, 36, 38, 40 0.40 - All levels of the 4 floors complete, first sent out copy Each one thereafter was done one at a time. 0.50 - Plus Mode Floor 1 completed, "Controls" section added, a rearrangement 0.51 - Pulled 0.50, fixed an error (Mini-Mario) and added floor 2-1+ 0.60 - Plus Mode Floor 2 completed, 0.51's error was not typographical 0.70 - Plus Mode Floor 3 completed, Neoseeker added as a permitted site 0.80 - Plus Mode complete, finally submitted it to the web again 1.00 - All levels complete, submitted it to the web 1.01 - Got Mini Mayhem levels' scores exactly 1.06 - Got levels' scores up through world 2+ exactly Added Coins, Move, Foes, & Minis Figured out the extra points for Donkey Kong levels Made it public domain Tweaked some other stuff Added a Gold Star method to R-8 (which I hadn't realized I hadn't done) Switched to formated version (will be inconsistent across versions) ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Controls This is fairly intuitive, but, I thought I ought to mention it. Moving the screen: Touch the arrows on the screen, use the D-pad or the ABXY buttons, in a similar manner to the D-pad. Mini Marios: Touch the Mini Mario to activate it. It will travel in the direction it is currently facing, activate other Mini Marios, which will travel in the same direction as it, jump up one level of block spaces, jump on springs and switches, collect coins, Mini Mario Cards and M-Tokens and enter the door. Falling 7 block spaces or more stuns the Mini Mario. Falling 11 block spaces breaks the Mini Mario completely. Once you reach a door with a Mini Mario, the next one has 8 seconds to make it there or you lose a life and have to restart. If any of them die, you lose a life and have to restart. You cannot control them, except through their environs. Pink Blocks: Touch a block to pick it up. Touch a block space to fill it with a pink block. Dragging the stylus over block spaces will make pink blocks fill in each block space the stylus goes over, provided you have enough. Dragging the stylus over pink blocks picks them up. (You cannot have 100+, but that never is something to worry about in the built in game.) If you drag over one and then another, you continue what you were doing, not what you would do if you lifted your stylus and then placed it down on the same spot. Box Springs: Press a Box Spring when a Mini Mario is on top of one to make it activate. The color of the spring determines how the Mini Mario is propelled. Conveyor Belt Switches: Press one to switch the direction of all conveyor belts. Pop-Up Gates: Press them and a bar will stay out for roughly 6 seconds, blocking anything that tries to get through them, including enemies and their projectiles. It is 4 units high when the bar is out. Spin Pipes: Slide the stylus, not getting too close to the center, in the direction you want to turn it, to make it turn clockwise or counter-clockwise, 90 degrees at a time. Spin-Bar Magnets: Slide upwards or downwards over the ends to take Mini Marios from one side to the other. If they are on the ends, they will not get flipped. For other objects, check the Help function in the game and go to the level you need help with. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Definitions, Notes and Format Blocks: (or "pink blocks") The blocks that you can remove and place with your stylus. Block Spaces: The pink outlines of blocks that you can place pink blocks in. Array: A set of block spaces, normally not touching any others. Gold stars: Obtained by getting a very high score, normally with all coins and the Mini Mario Card. Throughout the guide, I will give you one way to beat the level as simply as I can think of and one to get the gold star. Bridge: A set of blocks all on the same horizontal level as the others, thereby enabling the Mini Marios to get from one side to the other at the same level. Staircase: A diagonal set of blocks. This allows Mini Marios to jump up the staircase, until the end, thereby getting them higher. Though this does work in reverse, there are simpler methods for that, if that is the only direction, though. Reverse: (of a staircase) The reverse of a staircase starts from the opposite sides, so if the original started at the lower-right and, therefore, ended at the upper-left, its reverse would start at the lower-left (or upper-right) and end at the upper-right. (or lower-left) It should be noted that it might not be the mirror image of the original staircase, even if only rarely so. Blockade: This turns around a Mini Mario. You place a block 2 spaces above the ground, so the Mini Mario cannot jump over it and still bumps into it, turning the Mini Mario around. There are other blockades in some situations, including placing a block 3 blocks above the floor, followed by a raise in the floor, by 1 block. The Mini Mario will jump, but will be blocked by this ceiling. I will mention what kind of blockade to use in each situation. Cushion: Placing a block above the others or land, so a Mini Mario will land on it, instead of a lower placed block, which would stun or break them. Accuracy Bonus: When facing Donkey Kong, you can get a sort of "accuracy bonus" , a maximum of 1000 points. For each shot that you don't hit Donkey Kong, EVEN IF YOU GET THE CARD, it drops by 250. If any of your Mini Marios break, you don't get any bonus. Thus, your maximum Game Score (i.e. before Mini Marios and Time) from a Donkey Kong level is 2750. Format: Bronze Star: The points needed to get that star, normally as a range, because I Silver Star: do not know exactly. So 000000-001000 would mean you need Golden Star: something between 0 and 1000 points as a minimum to get the star (so 1200 would still get you that star or possibly better, but anything between 0 and 1000 only might get you the star) Note 1: I say "Golden" because it has better formatting Note 2: These seem to always be a multiple of 100, so while I made sure that the earlier ones were the exact values given, I stopped bothering later on (I stopped some time in World 3) Coins: The quantity of each collectable (Coins, Cards, Token) found in the room (and their combined score) Move: The quantity of each controlable block in the room Foes: The quantity of each enemy found in the room Minis: The quantity of Minis, Springs, Ladders, Hammers, &c. in the room Simple Method: A way to simply get you through the level Gold Star Method: A method to get the Gold Star on that level Method: If the simple and gold star methods are the same, they'll just be called a method. Guide: For Donkey Kong levels; it gives you an idea on how to fight Donkey Kong Gold Star Help: Just some pointers on getting that Gold Star in Donkey Kong fights; normally fairly obvious; I should note I often do not take in to account the accuracy bonus. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Walkthrough Normal Mode Floor 1: Mini Mayhem 1-1 Bronze Star: 002500 Silver Star: 004000 Golden Star: 005100 Coins: 3 Small Coins, 1 M Card (2300) Move: 3 Pink Blocks (12 spaces, total) Foes: None Minis: 2 Minis Simple Method: Make a bridge across the gap. Pick up the upper two pink blocks and put them on the right of the remaining one. Then select your Mini Marios. (Start with the back one, first, if you want a better time. Be sure to be quick with activating them, since they must enter the door within 8 seconds of each other. The back one will activate the front one if it touches the other. Try it out!) Gold Star Method: Make a staircase up to the coins above. Erase the upper pink block, as well as either of the remaining ones. Now, place one block 1 block space up and to the right of the existing block. You need one more block for the staircase, so put the next block 1 block space up and to the right of the block you last placed. Activate the Mini Marios in a timely manner for your gold star. 1-2 Bronze Star: 002500 Silver Star: 004000 Golden Star: 005200 Coins: 4 Small Coins, 1 I Card (2400) Move: 3 Pink Blocks (21 spaces, total) Foes: None Minis: 2 Minis Simple Method: Just make a bridge across the gap like you did in last level. If you want the Mini Mario Card, put all the blocks on the lowest level, instead. Activate the Mini Marios in a timely manner, or just the back one. Gold Star Method: Make a bridge to the coins and activate the front Mini Mario. Wait for it to be on the first block of your bridge and activate the back Mini Mario. Now, once the front one makes it across, remove the rightmost block and place it one block space lower than it was. The Mini Marios pass through the girders, so you get the Mini Mario Card and the coins for a gold star. Note: The second Mini Mario has to jump a lot, so it travels slower than the first one. For a better high score, try putting the first Mini Mario on the lower path and the second one on the higher path. 1-3 Bronze Star: 002500 Silver Star: 004000 Golden Star: 005100 Coins: 4 Small Coins, 1 N Card (2400) Move: 4 Pink Blocks (16 spaces total) Foes: None Minis: 2 Minis Simple Method: Just activate the Mini Marios quickly. (or the back one) Gold Star Method: Erase the lower 3 blocks and use them to make a bridge to the right ledge. Activate the Mini Marios and when they reach the other side, erase the rightmost block and place it 1 block space to the left of and 2 block spaces below its original position. Because it is 2 block spaces above the ground, the Mini Marios cannot jump on it and are blocked by it, forcing them to turn around. This is what I call a blockade. 1-4 Bronze Star: 002500 Silver Star: 004500 Golden Star: 005900 Coins: 4 Small Coins, 1 Big Coin, 1 I Card (3400) Move: 8 Pink Blocks (20 spaces, total) Foes: None Minis: 2 Minis Simple Method: Erase all the blocks and make a staircase up to the door. A staircase is made by placing one block space down where the Mini Marios can reach and then making each subsequent block 1 block space higher and 1 block space over. (right in this case) The first block here must be in the leftmost column, but could be either in the lowest or the second lowest row. Gold Star Method: Erase all the blocks and make a bridge to the coins on the right. Make the 2 upmost blocks of a staircase from there to the Mini Mario Card, using the higher possibility. (make the blocks start at the highest level and work your way down by 1 block space) Activate the Mini Marios and once they have reached the other side, finish the staircase. Remove the bridge you previously made, so you can make one to the door while the Mini Marios are collecting the Mini Mario Card and coins. 1-5 Bronze Star: 002500 Silver Star: 005000 Golden Star: 006800 Coins: 3 Small Coins, 2 Big Coins, 1 M Card, 1 M-Token (4300) Move: 6 Pink Blocks (30 spaces, total) Foes: None Minis: 2 Minis, 1 Yellow Spring Simple Method: Erase all the blocks. You now have 3 variations on the same method to get to the door, one for just beating the mission, one for the Mini Mario Card and one for the M-Token. In the array on the right, put a block in the upper left corner and set the Mini Marios to go, if you want to just beat the level. To get the Mini Mario Card, make a staircase from the girder to the ledge with the Mini Mario Card, instead of placing the block in the corner. To get the M-Token, make a bridge at the lowest level of the array on the right. Gold Star Method: Erase all the blocks. Make a staircase from the girder to the Mini Mario Card and a bridge from the girder to the coin. Get the Mini Marios moving and when they get the second big coin, erase the bridge. Note: You can slightly speed up the process by making a blockade above the staircase, instead of letting the Mini Marios go up the staircase. Make the leftmost block as normal, but make the second block 1 block space to the right and 2 block space above the previous block. 1-6 Bronze Star: 002500 Silver Star: 004500 Golden Star: 005900 Coins: 4 Small Coins, 1 Big Coin, 1 A Card, 1 M-Token (3400) Move: 3 Pink Blocks (15 spaces, total) Foes: None Minis: 2 Minis, 1 Ladder Simple Method: Erase the upper two blocks and then make an upwards staircase. Activate the Mini Marios quickly for a fairly simple victory. Gold Star Method: If you want to get the M-Token, (1-up) erase the blocks and make a bridge over the spikes but keep it on the lower possibility, for maximum speed. Either way, activate the Mini Marios. Once they get back to the ladder, erase the blocks and make a bridge on the upmost row of the block spaces. 1-7 Bronze Star: 002500 Silver Star: 005000 Golden Star: 006900 Coins: 3 Small Coins, 2 Big Coins, 1 R Card, 1 M-Token (4300) Move: 6 Pink Blocks (30 spaces, total) Foes: 1 Circus Kong Minis: 3 Minis Simple Method: Erase the two leftmost blocks; use them and the remaining block to make a staircase up to the door and activate your Mini Marios. Gold Star Method: Erase the two leftmost blocks and use them and the remaining block to make a staircase up to the door and activate your Mini Marios. When the third Mini Mario is on the second block of the right bridge, erase the leftmost block of that bridge and place it one block space below. Alternatively, do that before activating the Mini Marios. (You lose one second) 1-Key Bronze Star: 002500 Silver Star: 004500 Golden Star: 006000 Coins: 5 Small Coins, 1 Big Coin, 1 I Card (3500) Move: 6 Pink Blocks (15 spaces total) Foes: None Minis: 1 Key Mini, 1 Mini Simple Method: Erase the upper 3 blocks and use them to make a staircase up to the upper-left ledge, by starting at the block space one above the lower-right corner. Activate the Mini Marios and once they pass the staircase, remove it. Gold Star Method: Erase the upper 3 blocks and use them to make a staircase up to the upper-left ledge, by starting at the block space one above the lower-right corner. Activate the Mini Marios and once they pass the staircase, replace it with one going in the other direction, to get the Mini Mario Card. 1-Donkey Kong Bronze Star: 004000 Silver Star: 006000 Golden Star: 008500 Guide: This battle will have Donkey Kong popping out at different places, normally causing debris to fall, too. Try to avoid being in line with the debris and stick to the middle as much as you can. When Donkey Kong appears, if there is no debris in the way, nail him. The girders he brings down normally alternate between two states, forcing you to move back and forth. There may be other occasions which require you to change spots after getting out of the way of the debris. Donkey Kong stays out slightly longer when he laughs, but you can hit him when he tries to bring more debris down, too. He will never try to shake debris down more than twice in a row. Try to keep an eye on the upper screen. Mini Marios are not vulnerable once they stop rising, high on the upper screen. If you need to, use L or R to make a red line appear, to show where your Mini Mario will go. It does not last for all that long of a time, but it should be enough to help you aim correctly. Donkey Kong's hitbox is very large, so if your Mini Mario even just barely touches Donkey Kong, it should count as a hit. The blue clock increases your time by 30 seconds, so try to grab it if you can afford to. Like with the debris, it does not need the Mini Marios to be out of the cannon to be, in this case, collected. Whenever Donkey Kong is hit, he will bring down more debris than usual. Worry more about avoiding that while it is coming down, but once that initial set of debris is gone, take more risks to hit him. The blue clock tends to appear when you are at the extremities and it normally comes down on the right. If you have not fired a Mini Mario for a while, the clocks tend to stop coming. Donkey Kong seldom appears in the same spot twice. If you see him on either side move half-way to the other side. Gold Star Help: If you need help, first beat him normally, so you do not lose lives when you select restart. Make sure you loose no Mini Marios and grab the Mini Mario Card. Go for the Mini Mario Card first, as it appears less consistently. To make sure you loose no Mini Marios, try not to keep your Mini Mario all that close to where the debris is falling. Taking risks by keeping them close to the debris is likely to destroy a Mini Mario. This is most important when you just hit Donkey Kong, as there is a lot more debris from that. Those blue clocks are excellent things to pick up as that is 300 more points you have. Try not to spend too much time dodging, as you do need to hit Donkey Kong fairly quickly. Move to the left or right and fire if your time drops too much. 1-Special Bronze Star: 000000-002300 (impossible?) Silver Star: 005500 Golden Star: 009000 Coins: 30 Small Coins, 2 Big Coins, 1 Crown Card, 1 M-Token (7000) Move: 9 Pink Blocks (27 spaces, total) Foes: 2 Circus Kongs Minis: 3 Minis, 1 Hammer Simple Method: Erase the 3 leftmost blocks and place them on the rightmost columns. (middle row) Now activate your Mini Marios for a quick victory. Gold Star Method: Of the middle 3 blocks, erase the right 2 and make a staircase upwards, to the Mini Mario Card. Erase the 3 rightmost blocks and place them on the row straight above the ones you just erased, on the upper tier. Erase the leftmost blocks and place them on the left of the upper tier. Activate the Mini Marios and when they pass the staircase, erase it and make a bridge above where it was. When they pass the bridge you just made, erase it and make one just above the spikes in that same set of block spaces. Once your Mini Marios collect the M-Token, erase the blocks they are traveling on, to make a bridge on the right of the middle tier. Finally, erase the blocks on the right of the upper tier to make a bridge over the spikes on the right of the lower tier. Floor 2: Sandstone Stroll 2-1 Bronze Star: 002500 Silver Star: 004500 Golden Star: 005700 Coins: 2 Small Coins, 1 Big Coin, 1 M Card (3200) Move: 4 Pink Blocks (20 spaces, total) Foes: None Minis: 2 Minis, 1 Yellow Switch Simple Method: Make a staircase up to the switch and activate your Mini Marios. While they are off of the staircase, return it to the bridge on the bottom it was before. Gold Star Method: Make a staircase up to the switch and activate your Mini Marios. When up on the top, near the switch, erase your staircase and make a bridge over to the Mini Mario Card. Finally, once the Mini Marios are near the Mini Mario Card, erase the bridge and make one on the lowest level. 2-2 Bronze Star: 001500 Silver Star: 003500 Golden Star: 006100 Coins: 8 Small Coins, 1 Big Coin, 1 I Card (3800) Move: 4 Pink Blocks (20 spaces, total) Foes: None Minis: 2 Minis, 1 Yellow Switch, 2 Blue Switches Simple Method: Make a staircase from your Mini Marios, upwards, except for the leftmost block, which should be 2 block spaces higher than the bottom. Activate your Mini Marios and once they turn around, move the block previously mentioned back into the staircase. Gold Star Method: Make a staircase from your Mini Marios, upwards and activate the Mini Marios. Once they pass the staircase, reverse its direction. Finally, once they cross that staircase, make a bridge on the upmost layer. 2-3 Bronze Star: 002500 Silver Star: 004500 Golden Star: 006300 Coins: 9 Small Coins, 1 Big Coin, 1 N Card, 1 M-Token (3900) Move: 8 Pink Blocks (40 spaces, total) Foes: None Minis: 3 Minis, 1 Pipe Simple Method: Activate the Mini Marios and, when they all reach the pipe, remove the blocks they just walked over. When they make it past the next set of blocks, make a staircase upwards from where they are. Gold Star Method: Move the lower bridge onto the highest level of that array and, with the upper set of blocks, make the bridge into a staircase towards the Mini Mario Card. Activate the Mini Marios and move the right of the bridge down to the bottom again, once the Mini Marios pass that spot. When they land, move the rest of the bridge down to the lowest level, too. After they get past the staircase, erase it and make another one in the reverse direction. Note: You can speed things up in the beginning by making a block 2 block spaces above the bottom and have the Mini Marios drop onto another block. This is easier if you remove the upper set of blocks to make the landing before activating the Mini Marios. Just remember to make the staircase afterwards! 2-4 Bronze Star: 002500 Silver Star: 004500 Golden Star: 006300 Coins: 5 Small Coins, 1 Big Coin, 1 I Card (3500) Move: 8 Pink Blocks (24 spaces, total) Foes: 3 Venus Fire Traps (horizontal) Minis: 2 Minis Simple Method: Erase the lower set of blocks and use them to block the Venus Fire Traps from firing across the spikes. Remember that the blocks also block the fireballs from returning to the Venus Fire Traps, so time things carefully! The Mini Marios have a straight path from there. Gold Star Method: Erase the lower set of blocks and use 3 of them to block the Venus Fire Traps' fireballs from getting to the other side of the spikes. Remember that the blocks can trap the fireballs on the wrong side and time things here. Put the last block you have on the lower-right corner of the block spaces. Activate the Mini Marios and when the first passes over the last block, remove that block. 2-5 Bronze Star: 002500 Silver Star: 005000 Golden Star: 006800 Coins: 5 Small Coins, 2 Big Coins, 1 M Card (4500) Move: 4 Pink Blocks (16 spaces, total), 3 Yellow Box Springs Foes: None Minis: 3 Minis, 1 Yellow Spring Simple Method: Erase the upper three blocks and make a staircase to the upper-right. Activate the lone Mini Mario. When it reaches the Yellow Spring, (not the box) activate the others. Whenever they go on a Yellow Box Spring, hit it to get them to the door. Gold Star Method: Erase the blocks and make a bridge from the lower Mini Marios to the coin. Activate the Mini Marios on the lower tier, quickly and make a staircase to the upper-left when as they pass the blocks. When they pass the staircase, make a bridge on the upmost tier. When they reach the Yellow Spring, activate the last Mini Mario. Whenever a Mini Mario reaches a Yellow Box Spring, activate it. Note: If you are having trouble with this, you do not need to get every coin. Activating the single Mini Mario and guiding him to the big coins and Mini Marios will also work. 2-6 Bronze Star: 001500 Silver Star: 004000 Golden Star: 006700 Coins: 4 Small Coins, 2 Big Coins, 1 A Card, 1 M-Token (4400) Move: 8 Pink Blocks (60 spaces, total) Foes: None Minis: 3 Minis, 1 Yellow Switch, 1 Red Switch Simple Method: Erase the upper 3 blocks of the array on the right and prepare a staircase downwards by making the next block of it. Activate the lower Mini Mario and when it passes the array, complete the staircase as well as activating the other Mini Marios. Gold Star Method: Erase the right set of blocks and make a bridge on the highest tier. Activate the two Mini Marios higher up. When they pass the bridge you just made, move it down three block spaces, so it connects with the yellow gate that extends. When they go back across the next bridge, activate the next Mini Mario. When the upper two Mini Marios pass by the bridge on the right, remove it. Take the bridge on the left and make a staircase from the lower-right to the upper-left. 2-7 Bronze Star: 002500 Silver Star: 005000 Golden Star: 007000 Coins: 6 Small Coins, 2 Big Coins, 1 R Card (4600) Move: 6 Pink Blocks (57 spaces, total) Foes: 3 Mini Spear Guys Minis: 3 Minis, 2 Hammers, 1 Split Pipe pair Simple Method: Erase the 6 blocks and make two bridges on the level of the second highest Mini Mario. Activate the lowest Mini Mario and when he touches the Mini Mario on the middle tier, activate the upmost Mini Mario. Gold Star Method: Erase the 6 blocks and make an upwards staircase for the upmost Mini Mario. Now make a bridge on the lowest level of the left array. Activate the Mini Mario on the highest level. When it passes the staircase, make a staircase from the lowest Mini Mario to the hammer and pipe. (upwards) When the activated Mini Mario reaches the left wall, activate the, now highest, Mini Mario. Finish by activating the last Mini Mario before the activated ones touch him. 2-Key Bronze Star: 000000-003200 (impossible?) Silver Star: 004500 Golden Star: 005600 Coins: 2 Small Coins, 1 Big Coin, 1 I Card, 1 M-Token (3200) Move: 8 Pink Blocks (40 spaces, total) Foes: None Minis: 1 Key Mini, 2 Minis, 1 Red Switch, 1 Yellow Switch Method: Erase all 8 blocks and make a staircase from the lower-left to the upper-right. On the other side, place a bridge on the highest tier of block spaces. Activate the 2 normal Mini Marios. When they both turn around, activate the Key Mini Mario. When they all pass the staircase, replace it with a bridge on the right, but on the lowest level. After the Mini Marios get past the bridge, take it away to get a gold star. Note: For a slightly faster time, try activating the Key Mini Mario later. 2-Donkey Kong Bronze Star: 004000 Silver Star: 006000 Golden Star: 008500 Guide: I can not give a whole lot of help, unfortunately. I recommend you aim at the opposite angle he is in. This gives you more leeway. Try to avoid getting under his... spiky things as much as possible. Try to worry more about landing one of the stone statues on his head than hitting him with the Mini Marios. You do not need to land on the middle of those platforms, which is easy to forget. If you are having trouble aiming, try pressing L or R, which will make a projectory line appear, so you can know where your Mini Mario will end up and the path it will go through. The end is a bit misleading, as the Mini Mario stops moving left and right after getting above the 4 platforms. Donkey Kong will move to and fro, normally turning around when he has gotten to the end or is near that. He will throw many more spike balls a little bit after being hit. (There is an aural clue, in which Donkey Kong says something close to "darp" in a lower voice than his usual "hearp", when throwing one down.) Try to focus more on dodging the spike balls during this period. The card takes one of the spaces that a stone statue occupies and it does not move, so try to grab it when you can. Grab the blue watches that fall, if you can. Gold Star Help: There is even less I can do to help you, here. Just try to avoid the stuff that Donkey Kong throws at you, grab any blue timers you see and do not let a single Mini Mario break. Beating the level before trying this helps, since Retry costs a life, unlike Restart, but if you do not mind that, go ahead and get that gold star the first time around. 2-Special Bronze Star: 000000-006000 (impossible?) Silver Star: 006500 Golden Star: 011100 Coins: 30 Small Coins, 4 Big Coins, 1 Crown Card, 1 M-Token (9000) Move: 12 Pink Blocks (48 spaces, total), 1 Pop-up Block Foes: 4 Venus Fire Traps (vertical) Minis: 4 Minis, 1 Yellow Spring, 1 Red Switch, 1 Yellow Switch, 1 pair of Split Pipes Simple Method: Erase both vertical sets of blocks and make a bridge from the pipe to the wall. Make a bridge above the other, to connect the switch to the wall and girder. To block the Venus Fire Traps, use the blocks above them to create a staircase from the lower-right to the upper-left. Activate the Mini Marios. When they pass the bridge on the right, erase it. (The upper one, not the lower one.) Gold Star Method: Erase both vertical sets of blocks and make a bridge from the pipe to the wall. Make a bridge above the other, to connect the switch to the wall and girder. To block the Venus Fire Traps, use the blocks above them to create a staircase from the lower-right to the upper-left. Activate the Mini Marios. When they pass the staircase, erase it and make a bridge just above the Venus Fire Traps. Make sure to get them to capture their fireballs. (You can wait for each enemy to get their fireball before trapping that particular one.) After that and when your Mini Marios passed over the bridge on the right, twice, erase the latter. Note: You can speed up your time by not erasing the initial bridge over the Venus Fire Traps and making a blockade from the blocks normally used for the lowest bridge. This blockade is done by putting a block directly over the leftmost Venus Fire Trap and then a block three spaces above the Venus Fire Trap one to the right of the previously mentioned one. When the Mini Marios reach the red switch, remove the leftmost block of the bridge they are on. Then make sure to gather up some blocks for the final bridge. This saves about 12 time units, presumeably seconds. However, you effectively lose 10 seconds for missing out on the coin, give a net gain of about 2 "seconds". Place the final block in the upper-left corner of the left array. Activate the set of 2 Mini Marios and activate the third when the other 2 get there, if you so desire. Gold Star Method: Erase all of the blocks and place a bridge at the top of the left array, but omit the two left blocks; make a bridge on the top of the right array. Activate the 2 Mini Marios on the left. When they are past it, complete the bridge on the left. Activate the last Mini Mario when the others reach it. Erase the left bridge and set up a blockade, by placing a block 2 spaces above the lower-right corner of the left array. Gold Star Method: Erase the blocks and make a bridge on the top of both arrays and activate the Mini Marios. Once the Mini Marios pass the first bridge, remove it and place one on the bottom of that array. When they pass that bridge, move it to the bottom of the array on the right. When one of the Mini Marios makes it to the card, (but not the other) erase the upper bridge and switch the direction of the conveyor belt. 3-3 Bronze Star: 000000-001500 (impossible?) Set your Mini Marios on auto-pilot, starting with the set of 2 and activating the third while the others are falling. Do not erase the bridge until the Mini Marios press the yellow switch a second time. Gold Star Method: Erase all the blocks and make a bridge from the upper girder to the ledge; that is, the row two block spaces down from the highest level possible. Underneath, make a staircase, from one block space above the lower-right corner. Activate the set of 2 Mini Marios and once they reach the switch, erase the bridge, but not the leftmost block, so as to keep the staircase in tact. Activate the third Mini Mario and when the 3 finish going up the staircase, erase it, aside from the right-most block, which will act as a cushion. Remake the bridge, so the Mini Marios go over it once but remove it before they can pass it again. 3-4 Bronze Star: 002500 Silver Star: 005000 Golden Star: 006600 Coins: 2 Small Coins, 2 Big Coins, 1 I Card (4200) Move: 8 Pink Blocks (20 spaces), 3 Pop-up Blocks Foes: None Minis: 3 Minis, 2 Split Pipe pairs Simple Method: Erase all of the blocks, form a bridge directly over the spikes and also create the start of a staircase to the upper-left corner by making the upper 2 blocks. Activate the set of 2 Mini Marios and the third Mini Mario when you reach it. When the Mini Marios reach the pipe, finish the staircase and when they reach the first Pop-up Block, activate it. Gold Star Method: Erase all of the blocks, form a staircase from the lower-left and also make the start of a staircase from the lower-right corner by forming the lower 2 blocks. Activate the set of 2 Mini Marios, followed by the third Mini Mario, for when the others get the card. When the Mini Marios reach the pipe, finish the staircase and erase the other one. Activate the Pop-up Block when the Mini Marios get to. 3-5 Bronze Star: 002500 Silver Star: 004500 Golden Star: 006100 Coins: 7 Small Coins, 1 Big Coin, 1 M Card, 1 M-Token (3700) Move: 10 Pink Blocks (56 spaces) Foes: 1 Thwomp Minis: 3 Minis Simple Method: Erase the blocks and block the Thwomp by placing 2 blocks directly above its highest position, when it is there. On the right, make a small staircase to the girder and M-Token. Finally, make a staircase up to the door. (Make it start on the block space 1 below and to the right of the door) Erase the lower-right block. Activate the set of 2 Mini Marios. When they pass the first staircase, put the last block of the staircase in. Gold Star Method: Erase the blocks and block the Thwomp, placing 2 blocks directly below it, when it is in its highest position. On the right, make a staircase up to the card; a block should be put in place to start a bridge to the left, from the ledge with the card and level with it. Activate the set of 2 Mini Marios and the third one when they reach it. As they go over the staircase, form the bridge, so they can return on it. Now erase the staircase and, under the Thwomp, make a bridge such that the Mini Marios can pass over it, in its entirety. Therefore make it, such that it is 1 unit lower than normal. 3-6 Bronze Star: 001500 Silver Star: 004000 Golden Star: 006800 Coins: 8 Small Coins, 2 Big Coins, 1 A Card (4800) Move: 4 Pink Blocks (32 spaces) Foes: None Minis: 3 Minis, 1 Yellow Spring Simple Method: Erase the blocks and form a bridge on the highest level, with the girder. Activate the Mini Marios and when they are past the first block of the bridge, erase it and place it on the upper-left corner of the array on the right. Note: If you are having trouble doing that in time, try letting all 3 Mini Marios walk around the magnetic bar one time. You get a better score this way, too! Gold Star Method: Erase the blocks and form a bridge on the highest level, with the girder. Activate the Mini Marios and when they pass the bridge, erase it. Once they have all gone past the array on the right, make a bridge on the highest level there. Erase the left 3 blocks and make a blockade, 2 spaces to the left and below the upper-right corner of that array. Activate the Key Mini Mario. When it is about 1 tile away from the edge, activate the other 2. You will just barely make it, so try to be hasty about it. Note: If this does not work for you, try the other method I have. Gold Star Method: Erase the upper 2 blocks, so you only have a bridge left. Place a single block in the block space 1 to the right of the lower-left corner. Now, activate the Mini Marios on the left. When they cross the bridge, erase it and make one 3 block spaces lower. When they get to the left of that bridge, erase it. Once they turn around after that, place a block in the lower-left corner of the set of block spaces. Note: You can speed up the process at the end by making a full bridge, instead of just 2 blocks in a row. 3-Donkey Kong Bronze Star: 004000 Silver Star: 006000 Golden Star: 008500 Guide: If you need to, use L or R to show a line guide for your Mini Marios. Try to quickly get under Donkey Kong, so that you may fire a Mini Mario at him. If you can, try and stay in the center. The Venus Fire Traps are a problem in achieving this, but it is better to miss a shot, as opposed to being fired upon, so move as needed. The diagonal shooting ones are the hardest, because it is hard to judge where they will fire at. Finding out where they fire at will be of great help. If necessary, take your eyes off the top screen entirely, so that you may dodge these shots. Occasionally, a Piranha Plant will come out in the middle pipe, instead of the normal Venus Fire Trap, but do not count on it. It stays out slightly longer than the Venus Fire Traps, so be especially careful when firing in that area. As usual, blue timers are very useful, so pick them up. The card is beneficial if kept on the field, as there are fewer Venus Fire Traps that way. Gold Star Help: There is not much help to give, other than make sure to grab the card and loose no Mini Marios. Obviously, hitting Donkey Kong is a lesser priority to dodging fireballs, so worry about that, first. Try not to delay in getting the card. It does not appear often and normally with Donkey Kong. 3-Special Bronze Star: 001500 Silver Star: 006500 Golden Star: 010900 Coins: 40 Small Coins, 3 Big Coins, 1 Crown Card, 1 M-Token (9000) Move: 12 Pink Blocks (52 spaces) Foes: 1 Capture Kong Minis: 4 Minis, 2 Hammers, 1 Split Pipe pair Simple Method: Erase the upper-right bridge and make a staircase up to the door. Place a block in the upper-left corner of the lower-left array. Activate all of the Mini Marios. Gold Star Method: Erase the two bridges on the right and make a staircase from the pipe. Place a cushion in the lower-right corner of the upper-left array and another one, 1 space to the left of the upper-right corner of the lower-left array. Activate the 2 Mini Marios on the right. When they pass by the bridge, erase the block on the left and place one three spaces higher than it. When the Mini Marios hop up the staircase, erase it and make one in the same array, going the other way. Floor 4: Jungle Rumble 4-1 Bronze Star: 000000-001500 (impossible?) Start a staircase downwards from the red gate but do not put in the last block. Start the set of 2 Mini Marios. When they press the red switch, start the last Mini Mario and finish the staircase. Gold Star Method: Erase both sets of blocks. Start a staircase from the right of the red gate, but only for 2 blocks. Make a bridge on the top of the array on the right. Start the set of 2 Mini Marios, followed by the other Mini Mario when they reach the red switch. Erase the bridge when they pass it. Place a blockade to the immediate right of the red switch, that being a block 2 units above ground level on the left side of the array on the right. Finish the staircase when they get past it the second time. 4-2 Bronze Star: 002500 Silver Star: 005500 Golden Star: 007400 Coins: 10 Small Coins, 2 Big Coins, 1 I Card, 1 M-Token (5000) Move: 8 Pink Blocks (52 spaces), 2 Conveyor Switches, 1 Blue Box Spring Foes: None Minis: 3 Minis, 3 Conveyor Belts, 1 Blue Spring Simple Method: Erase all the blocks in the vertical line. In the array on the right, make a staircase from the spring block, downwards. Start the left set of Mini Marios and when they reach it, the remaining Mini Mario. When the Mini Marios have turned around, activate the Blue Box Spring for each of them. Gold Star Method: Erase all the blocks except the rightmost one. Make a bridge in the array on the right, on the level of the card. Make a staircase, downwards, using the leftmost block of this bridge. Start the Mini Marios on the left and when they reach it, the last Mini Mario. For the last Mini Mario to pass over it, activate the Blue Box Spring. When the Mini Marios pass over it, erase the bridge, not including the leftmost block. Activate the Blue Box Spring as they pass over it. 4-3 Bronze Star: 001500 Silver Star: 004000 Golden Star: 006800 Coins: 8 Small Coins, 2 Big Coins, 1 N Card, 1 M-Token (4800) Move: 4 Pink Blocks (36 spaces), 1 Pop-up Block Foes: None Minis: 3 Minis, 1 Yellow Spring, 1 Yellow Switch, 1 Red Switch Simple Method: Erase the blocks and make a bridge on the bottom level, just above the spikes. Activate the Mini Marios. Gold Star Method: Erase the blocks and make a staircase from the lower-left corner, up. Activate the Mini Marios and when they pass the yellow switch, erase the staircase and make one, starting at the upper-right corner. Note: That Pop-up Block can be used to make the trip to the yellow switch much shorter. Making bridges, instead of staircases will also make it faster, but let the Mini Marios drop when coming back. 4-4 Bronze Star: 002500 Silver Star: 004500 Golden Star: 006100 Coins: 6 Small Coins, 1 Big Coin, 1 I Card (3600) Move: 8 Pink Block (36 spaces), 2 Pop-up Blocks Foes: 2 Mini Spiky Snifit Minis: 3 Minis, 1 Split Pipe pair Simple Method: Erase the blocks. On the lower array, make the top 2 blocks of a staircase to the upper-right corner. On the upper array, make a similar one to the above by using the upper-right corner, but make the whole thing. Activate the Mini Mario on the right. When it passes the array, finish the staircase. Activate the lower Pop-Up Block whenever the Snifit is about to fire upon the Mini Marios. Try to start it when the Snifit is winding up. Gold Star Method: Erase the blocks and start a staircase to the upper-right of the lower array; make sure to leave the bottom 2 units open. On the upper array, make a bridge on the top. Activate the Mini Mario on the right and when it passes the array, finish the staircase. Activate the Pop-up Block when the Snifit is about to fire on the Mini Marios. When they pass the bridge, erase it and move it down a level. Block the upper Snifit like you did the other one, but make sure the Mini Marios turn around at the Pop-up Block. Note: At the end, you can also place a block in the lower-left corner and put 2 blocks in the column to the right, such that the first is 1 unit up and to the right of the first and that the second is 1 unit above the other. This would be a blockade. 4-5 Bronze Star: 002500 Silver Star: 005500 Golden Star: 007300 Coins: 10 Small Coins, 2 Big Coins, 1 M Card (5000) Move: 6 Pink Blocks (18 spaces), 1 Pop-up Block Foes: 6 Yellow Pyro Guys (3 fiery, 3 blocks), 3 Red Pyro Guys (fiery) Minis: 4 Minis, 1 Yellow Switch, 1 Red Switch Simple Method: Erase all the blocks and activate the 2 Mini Marios on the right. When they pass the left array, make a staircase from the lower-left corner, upwards. When all the Mini Marios pass it, erase that staircase and make one going the other way. Gold Star Method: Erase all the blocks and make the right 2 blocks of a bridge at the top of the array on the right. Activate the 2 Mini Marios on the right; make a staircase from the lower-left corner of the array on the left. When the Mini Marios pass it, and make one going the other way. When the first Mini Mario falls through the bridge, finish it. 4-6 Bronze Star: 000000-001500 (impossible?) Activate the Mini Marios and when they pass the staircase, erase it. Gold Star Method: Erase the vertical set of blocks and make a bridge on the top of the array. Now activate the 2 Mini Marios on the right and use the Blue Box Spring on both of them. when they pass the bridge, erase it and make one, 1 tier (3 block spaces) down from the other one. When all the Mini Marios pass the lower bridge, erase it and make a staircase starting at the lower-left corner of the array. Erase the 3 left blocks of the bridge when the Mini Marios pass them. Finally, when they pass the staircase, erase it, too. 4-7 Bronze Star: 001500 Silver Star: 005100 Golden Star: 007200 Coins: 10 Small Coins, 2 Big Coins, 1 R Card, 1 M-Token (5000) Move: 4 Pink Blocks (40 spaces), 1 Pop-up Block Foes: 2 Circus Kongs, 1 Capture Kongs Minis: 3 Minis, 2 Hammers, 2 Split Pipe pairs Simple Method: Erase all the blocks and make a bridge on the bottom level of the upper array, except that the leftmost block is moved 2 block spaces upwards. Activate the Mini Marios from bottom to top and make sure not to do so too quickly. Gold Star Method: Erase all the blocks and make a bridge on the tier with the highest Mini Mario, without the rightmost block. Make a blockade by placing a block in the upper-left corner. Activate the lowest Mini Mario and then the leftmost one. When they both have turned around because of the blockade, erase it and complete the bridge. When all Mini Marios are past that, (on the right) make a bridge on the lowest level of the lower array. Note: You gain a little bit of time by getting the upper Mini Mario to collect the coins on the right, instead of using a blockade on the other 2 Mini Marios. Be sure to activate the other Mini Marios at the right time. 4-Key Bronze Star: 002500 Silver Star: 005500 Golden Star: 007500 Coins: 2 Small Coins, 3 Big Coins, 1 I Card, 1 M-Token (5200) Move: 8 Pink Blocks (40 spaces), 2 Pop-up Blocks Foes: 4 Yellow Pyro Guys (fiery), 6 Red Pyro Guys (3 fiery, 3 blocks) Minis: 1 Key Mini, 2 Minis, 1 Yellow Switch, 1 Red Switch Simple Method: Erase all the blocks. In the lower-left array, make a bridge on the bottom level and a staircase from the lower-left corner. Lastly, put a blockade on the right of the left array by placing a block 2 spaces above the lower-right corner. Activate the 2 Mini Marios without the keys. Once they reach the red switch, activate the Mini Mario with the key and keep the Mini Marios away from the red Pyro Guys and the red switch with the Pop-up Blocks. Take the staircase and blockade when you can, but keep the bridge in tact. When the Mini Mario with the key turns around, stop using the Pop-up Block on the left, to let the other Mini Marios through. Gold Star Method: Erase all the blocks and make a staircase in the lower-left array, starting at the lower-left corner. Make a bridge at the bottom of the upper-right array and activate the 2 Mini Marios without keys. When they pass the staircase, erase it and make a blockade by placing a block 2 units above the lower-right corner of the lower-left array. When they pass the bridge, erase it and make one at the bottom of the lower-left array. When they turn around from the blockade, erase it and use the Pop-up Blocks to stop the Mini Marios from getting to the Red Pyro Guys and red switch. Activate the Mini Mario with the key. When it turns around from the Pop-up Block, stop using the left one. 4-Donkey Kong Bronze Star: 004000 Silver Star: 006000 Golden Star: 008500 Guide: This fight is fairly tricky. Use L or R to trigger a line guide if you need help aiming, because you might well need it. The first thing to note is that you cannot hurt Donkey Kong with the Mini Marios. He just breaks them. Use the banana bunches, instead. Try to aim such that if he moves over towards your Mini Mario, he will still not be able to break it. Your primary objective is to get over him and hit the banana he will be under. If he is in a corner, fire at the banana bunch away from the corner, that he is still under. You will nail him, even if he moves. When he moves quickly, you might just want to avoid firing, as he is normally too erratic to hit. When he is flashing red, he can not be hurt. The banana bunches can hurt Mini Marios, too. Donkey Kong never moves up and down on the same vine 2 times in a row and always does so in 1 direction, not 2. The biggest pain would be the Snapjaws he gets on vines. If they are blocking you from firing onto the banana bunch he is under, try going above them, instead, as they die when hit by that banana bunch. They will respawn soon, though, so try to take advantage of the situation. It will appear starting at hit 1 and the second one at hit 5. The Nitpicker is a bit of a problem, but it often dies to banana bunches that fail to hit Donkey Kong and normally is not in the way. When Donkey Kong gets damaged, it will move around much faster and drop 2-3 eggs. (4-5 on hit 5) Try to avoid being under it for long periods of time, instead moving in the opposite direction that said Nitpicker is moving in. It appears after hit 2. It seems to follow where your Mini Mario is aimed at, except when dropping eggs. Gold Star Help: Try to avoid risky shots. You have plenty of time. Avoid the -30 second clocks, if you can, though you can still get through with a gold star when hitting 1 or 2. Get the card as soon as you can. Since it is often risky to get, worry about it as soon as it comes on, but still, try not to make shots that are too risky. The card appears on hit 2, in place of the banana you used for said hit. And again, the Nitpicker follows where your Mini Mario is aimed at, except when dumping eggs on you. 4-Special Bronze Star: 000000-?????? Activate all the Mini Marios, quickly. When they go past the bridge the second time, erase it and make one on the top level of that array. Use the Box Spring on each Mini Mario, the next 2 times they pass over it. When they pass over the bridge after having collected the M-Token, erase it and make a staircase to the upper-left corner. Once they are on the left of it, again, erase the staircase and make a bridge on the top level of the array. Gold Star Method: Erase blocks from the bottom array not including the rightmost block, nor the block 1 block space above the lower-left corner. Finish the bridges on the top of the right and left arrays. Make a staircase in the bottom array, starting from 1 block space to the left of the lower-right corner. To finish it, use the block just above the lower-left corner. (But only when you put the second block in, so as to block the Mini-Spiky Snifit) Erase the bridge on the left once the Mini Mario on top has passed it (it probably has) and place a block in front of the other Mini-Spiky Snifit. Once the Mini Marios reach the wall on the right a second time, (so that they are together) extend the staircase into the left array, to the pipe. 1-7+ Bronze Star: 002500 Silver Star: 004500 Golden Star: 006000 Coins: 5 Small Coins, 1 Big Coin, 1 R Card, 1 M-Token (3500) Move: 11 Pink Blocks (32 spaces) Foes: 2 Mini Spear Guys Minis: 2 Minis, 1 Split Pipe pair Simple Method: Take a block from the left array and use it to blockade the Mini Marios in the right corner. Do this by placing the block 2 units above the lower-right corner of the array on the right. When the Mini-Spear Guy on top goes onto the pink block tower, erase it and the remaining block that the Mini-Spear Guy is standing on. Make a staircase from the Mini Marios up to the door and erase the blockade. Gold Star Method: Wait for the lower Mini-Spear Guy to be on the pink blocks, erase them and put them back. Now erase the blocks in the column of pink blocks, aside from the top and bottom blocks of it. If needed, blockade the Mini Marios in and extend the 1 block bridge on the top to 2 blocks. When the upper Mini-Spear Guy is at the edge of the "bridge" it is on, erase it and the part of the bridge below it, reforming the latter. If you made a blockade, erase it. When the Mini Marios get to the other side, make a staircase up to the door. 1-Key+ Bronze Star: 002500 Silver Star: 004500 Golden Star: 006000 Coins: 4 Small Coins, 1 Big Coin, 1 I Card, 1 M-Token (3400) Move: 10 Pink Blocks (34 spaces), 1 Pop-up Block Foes: None Minis: 1 Key Mini, 1 Mini Simple Method: Erase the lower 6 blocks and make a bridge on the lowest level of the bridge. When the Key Mini Mario is by itself, erase the block on the left. Raise the Pop-Up Block when the 2 Mini Marios on the left are about to pass by it. Gold Star Method: Erase the middle 4 blocks, finish the bridge (the two lower blocks) and make a bridge beneath the card. Erase the higher bridge when no Mini Marios are on it; make a new bridge at the bottom of the array. When the Key Mini Mario is on its own, erase the leftmost block of the higher bridge. Activate the Pop-Up Block when the regular Mini Marios are about to reach it. 1-Donkey Kong+ Bronze Star: 004000 Silver Star: 006000 Golden Star: 008500 Guide: This battle is mostly the same as 1-DK, but Donkey Kong uses stronger stuff earlier on and ends stronger. I will just note the differences in his patterns. If you need more help, check my help for 1-DK. He will often bring down the large girders when you hit him, even at the start. There will only be 1 with the rest of the rubble. He often makes gray clocks fall, with the other bits of rubble, so avoid those, too, as they cost 30 seconds. If you have a choice between rubble and the gray clock, though, go for the clock. After 3 hits, he starts only bringing down the large girders when hit. After that, he is very quick to hide, so you might need to hope he appears directly above you. As usual, stay in the middle. Gold Star Help: That card comes and goes very quickly. Try to get it as soon as possible, provided that you will not lose a Mini Mario that way. As usual, stay in the middle if you can, so as to get Donkey Kong more quickly. The card starts appearing after you hit him 2 times. 1-Special+ Bronze Star: 001500 Silver Star: 006000 Golden Star: 010600 Coins: 27 Small Coins, 4 Big Coins, 1 Crown Card, 1 M-Token (8700) Move: 12 Pink Blocks (40 spaces), 3 Pop-up Blocks, 1 Yellow Spring Blocks Foes: 3 Mini Spear Guys, 1 Circus Kong Minis: 4 Minis, 3 Hammers Simple Method: Erase the lower group of pink blocks and, once the Mini Marios fall, make a bridge on the bottom of the array. Gold Star Method: Erase all the pink blocks. Once the Mini Marios have fallen down, make a staircase from the lower-left corner of the array, upwards; make a bridge on the top of the array, aside from the leftmost block. Make a bridge in the block spaces sticking out on the left and have it go in to the main array. Erase the staircase when the Mini Marios cross it and make a bridge on the bottom of the array. Use the Yellow Box Spring when the Mini Marios reach it. Floor 2: Sandstone Stroll 2-1+ Bronze Star: 002500 Silver Star: 005000 Golden Star: 006700 Coins: 2 Small Coins, 2 Big Coins, 1 M Card (4200) Move: 8 Pink Blocks (28 spaces) Foes: None Minis: 2 Minis, 1 Yellow Spring, 1 Yellow Switch, 1 Red Switch Simple Method: Erase the column of pink blocks on the right and make a bridge on the top tier. When the Mini Mario higher up has pressed the switch, erase the bridge and wait for it to join the other one. Make a bridge from the yellow gate. Gold Star Method: Erase the column of pink blocks on the right and make a bridge on the top tier. When the higher Mini Mario reaches the red switch, erase the other column of blocks. When it passes the bridge again, erase the bridge and make a new bridge from the yellow gate. 2-2+ Bronze Star: 001500 Silver Star: 004500 Golden Star: 007800 Coins: 6 Small Coins, 3 Big Coins, 1 I Card (5600) Move: 11 Pink Blocks (48 spaces), 1 Pop-up Block Foes: None Minis: 3 Minis, 1 Yellow Spring, 1 Red Switch, 1 Yellow Switch Simple Method: Erase the 2 leftmost blocks of the lower-left bridge and make a blockade, by placing one block in the lower-left corner and the other 2 block spaces above and 1 block space to the right of that other block. Erase the highest bridge after the Mini Mario has crossed it. When all 3 Mini Marios fall down, fix the bridge on the left and then erase the blockade. Once the Mini Marios are past the left array, make a staircase up to the yellow gate. Gold Star Method: Erase the lower-left bridge. Make a staircase in the left array, starting 1 block space above the lower-right corner, but only for 2 blocks. Similarly, start a bridge from the lower-left corner of the left array, for 2 blocks. Once the Mini Marios on the right have reached the red switch, erase the lower-right bridge and make one on the top of the array on the right. Erase the bridge on the left and make a staircase from the upper-right corner, but only after the Mini Mario on the left falls down to the yellow switch. Once the Mini Marios go over that staircase, erase it and make a bridge at on top of the left array. Note: At the end, you can speed things up a little bit by having the bridge on the right be at the bottom of its array, but have the middle block be a blockade. Make sure to make the bridge on the left a staircase, instead. 2-3+ Bronze Star: 001500 Silver Star: 004000 Golden Star: 007000 Coins: 7 Small Coins, 2 Big Coins, 1 N Card (4700) Move: 13 Pink Blocks (56 spaces) Foes: None Minis: 3 Minis, 2 Split Pipe pairs Simple Method: Erase the 5 highest pink blocks of the array on the right. When the Mini Marios fall down onto the bridge above the spikes, make a bridge to the blue pipe. Now erase the bridge in the left array and make one on the bottom of that array. Gold Star Method: Erase the 5 highest pink blocks of the array on the right and make a bridge in the same array, to the blue pipe. Erase the lower bridge in the same array and make a staircase to the big coin. Add a blockade in front of the yellow pipe, which would be 2 block spaces above the lower-right corner of the array on the right. When the Mini Marios go into the yellow pipe, erase the bridge in the left array and make a blockade by placing a block in the lower-left corner and another 2 block spaces above and 1 block space to the right of the other block. When the Mini Marios turn around after the staircase, erase it and make a bridge on the bottom of the left array. (You already have 1 block of it.) Erase the blockade after all the Mini Marios have fallen down. 2-4+ Bronze Star: 002500 Silver Star: 004500 Golden Star: 005800 Coins: 2 Small Coins, 1 Big Coin, 1 I Card (3200) Move: 9 Pink Blocks (36 spaces) Foes: 6 Venus Fire Traps (vertical) Minis: 2 Minis, 1 Split Pipe pair Simple Method: Erase the higher bridge on the left and use it to trap the fireballs with the Venus Fire Traps on the left. Take one of the blocks in the lower-left array and make a staircase (of one block) to get above the wall, by placing it 1 block space above the lower-left corner of the upper-right array. Erase the block in the lower-left of corner of that array and fix the bridge you just removed a block from. Gold Star Method: Erase the lower bridge on the left and use it to trap the fireballs with the Venus Fire Traps on the left. Take one of the blocks from the bridge in the lower-left array and make a staircase from the Mini Marios to the girder. Erase the block below it and fix the bridge. When the Mini Marios have gotten past the array on the right, erase all the blocks in it and make a bridge on the top of it, such that the fireballs are trapped below it. When the Mini Marios make it into the blue pipe, erase the bridge they were just on and place one on the bottom of the lower-left array. 2-5+ Bronze Star: 002500 Silver Star: 005000 Golden Star: 006900 Coins: 5 Small Coins, 2 Big Coins, 1 M Card, 1 M-Token (4500) Move: 12 Pink Blocks (68 spaces) Foes: None Minis: 3 Minis, 1 Blue Switch, 2 Blue Springs Simple Method: Wait until the lower 2 Mini Marios turn around and then erase the vertical column of pink blocks and make a staircase from the lower-left corner of that array. (the middle one) Erase the bridge in the array on the right and make one 3 block spaces down. (one tier down) Finally, erase the bridge in the left array and make one on the bottom of said array. Gold Star Method: Once the lower 2 Mini Marios turn around from the vertical column of blocks, erase it and make a staircase, starting from the lower-left corner of the middle array. Erase the leftmost block of the bridge in the array on the right and place it 3 block spaces lower. Finally, erase the bridge in the left array and make a staircase from the lower-right corner of that array. Note: You can make the staircase right away if you do not worry about the bridge on the right, until the 2 Mini Marios have passed it; erase it and make one 3 block spaces below, aside from the rightmost block, which is 2 block spaces higher, to form a blockade. It only saves about 4 seconds, though. 2-6+ Bronze Star: 001500 Silver Star: 004500 Golden Star: 007500 Coins: 13 Small Coins, 2 Big Coins, 1 A Card, 1 M-Token (5300) Move: 12 Pink Blocks (84 spaces), 1 four way pipe (corner) Foes: None Minis: 3 Minis Simple Method: Erase the higher bridge in the lower-left array. Rotate the pipe junction counter-clockwise. Make a bridge at the top of the lower-right array. Gold Star Method: Erase the upper bridge of the lower-left array and rotate the pipe junction counter-clockwise. Make a staircase from the upper-left corner of the lower-right array. Once the Mini Marios reach the pipe, erase the 2 bridges over spikes and place bridges at the top and bottom of the upper-right array. Rotate the pipe junction counter-clockwise again, once the Mini Marios are past the junction and again when they go through it again. After the Mini Marios reach the wall, erase the rightmost block of the higher bridge. Once a Mini Mario grabs the card, erase the leftmost block of the lower bridge. Erase the staircase in the lower-right array and make a bridge on the top of that array. 2-7+ Bronze Star: 002000 Silver Star: 004500 Golden Star: 007800 Coins: 8 Small Coins, 3 Big Coins, 1 R Card (5800) Move: 16 Pink Blocks (70 spaces) Foes: 2 Mini Pokeys Minis: 3 Minis, 2 Hammers, 1 Yellow Spring Simple Method: Erase the column of blocks in the array on the right and make a staircase from the lower-left corner. Once the Mini Mario on the left passes by the first bridge, erase it and put 2 blocks underneath the the Hammers on the right. Also place a block in the lower-right corner of the array on the right, as blockade. Gold Star Method: Erase the bridge on the left and make a blockade with a block in the lower-left corner and another block 1 block space to the right of and 2 block spaces above the other block. Once the Mini Mario on the left turns around, erase the higher of those 2 blocks and make a staircase, starting with the remaining block. Make a bridge 3 block spaces above the bottom level of the middle array by erasing the bridge at the top of said array. Once the Mini Mario is on that bridge, erase the vertical column on the right and make a staircase from the lower-left corner. Erase the staircase on the left and place blocks underneath the Hammers and in the lower-right corner of the array on the right. Erase a bridge in the middle array and make another bridge on the top of that array. 2-Key+ Bronze Star: 001500 Silver Star: 005000 Golden Star: 008200 Coins: 10 Small Coins, 3 Big Coins, 1 I Card, 1 M-Token (6000) Move: 15 Pink Blocks (52 spaces), 1 Yellow Box Spring Foes: None Minis: 1 Key Mini, 2 Minis, 3 Yellow Springs, 2 Split Pipe pairs Simple Method: In the lower array, erase the top 3 blocks of the vertical column. Once the Mini Marios turn around, erase the next block in the column. In the higher array, erase the bridge. Place a bridge in the 1 block space high array. Gold Star Method: Erase the 3 blocks in the middle of the lower array and the bridge on the top of the higher array. Make a staircase starting in the lower-left corner of the higher array. When you can, erase a bridge in the lower array and make one in the 1 block space high array and a block in the lower-right corner of the lower array, as blockade. Once the card has been collected, erase the staircase and blockade. 2-Donkey Kong+ Bronze Star: 004000 Silver Star: 006000 Golden Star: 008500 Guide: This battle is mostly the same as 2-DK, but Donkey Kong uses stronger stuff earlier on and ends stronger. I will just note the differences in his patterns. If you need more help, check my help for 2-DK. As before, get the card when it appears, as it occupies a space. Avoid the grey clocks, as they take 30 seconds away from you. He also will periodically move at about twice the speed compared to usual. Other than that, this is mostly just a faster firing version of 2-DK. Gold Star Help: Like I said above, this is really just a faster version of 2-DK. The card appears after 2 hits. The grey clocks are better than losing a Mini Mario, but not by a whole lot, so try to avoid them, too. You might need to be a bit more cautious, but make sure not to let time get too low! 2-Special+ Bronze Star: 001500 Silver Star: 007000 Golden Star: 011800 Coins: 30 Small Coins, 5 Big Coins, 1 Crown Card, 1 M-Token (10,000) Move: 12 Pink Blocks (84 spaces) Foes: None Minis: 3 Minis, 3 Yellow Springs, 2 Yellow Switches, 2 Blue Switches, 2 Blue Springs Method: (The "simple method" would end up being more complex than this one) Erase the bridge on top of the lower-left array and make one on the bottom of the lower-right array. Erase the bridge in the upper-left array and make one on the top of the lower-right array. Once the lower 2 Mini Marios get to the right of it, erase the bridge in the lower-left array and make one 3 block spaces below the bridge at the top of the lower-right array. Once they pass the bottom bridge of the lower-right array, erase it and make one on the top of the lower-left array. Once the Mini Marios are to the left of the bridge in the lower-right array, erase one and make one at the top of the upper-left array. (keep in mind that they cannot be on the ends to be flipped) Once those 2 Mini Marios turn around from the wall on the right, erase the upper bridge in the array on the right. Make a bridge at the bottom of the left array. When the first Mini Mario gets on to the rotating magnet bar on the left, flip it. Flip it again when the other 2 are on it. Gold Star Method: Erase the bridge over the spikes. When the 2 Mini Marios are on it, flip the rotating magnet bar. (keep in mind that they cannot be on the ends to be flipped) Once the Mini Marios turn around from the wall, erase the upper bridge of the array on the right. Make half of a bridge in the middle "array", on the right. Make a bridge on the top of the left array. Erase the half-bridge once the Mini Marios have crossed it and make a bridge on the bottom of the left array. Flip the rotating magnet bar when the first Mini Mario gets on it and then when the other 2 get on it. Once all 3 Mini Marios have crossed it, erase the upper bridge of the left array. Note: You can also make one of the bridges at the beginning or after you flip the Mini Marios. 3-2+ Bronze Star: 002420-002850 Silver Star: 002900-007160 Golden Star: 007170-008410 Coins: 10 Small Coins, 3 Big Coins, 1 I Card, 1 M-Token (6000) Move: 14 Pink Blocks (54 spaces) Foes: 2 Thwomps Minis: 3 Minis, 1 Split Pipe pair Simple Method: Erase 2 blocks from, say, under the Thwomp. Make a blockade at the bottom level by placing a block in the lower-left corner and another 1 block to the right of and 2 blocks above the other block. Erase the block above the lower-left corner of the array. Gold Star Method: Erase all the blocks in the left array, except for the blockade on the left. Block the Thwomp under the card and then create a bridge from girder to girder, after the 2 Mini Marios fall. Also block the Thwomp on the right from crushing your Mini Marios. Once the Mini Marios cross to the other side of the bridge, erase it and make a bridge 3 block spaces lower than the previous one. Also make sure to eliminate the blockade. Once the Mini Marios get to the left of the Thwomp, erase the barrier above it and block it on the top. Place blocks directly above all the spikes before or after this. Take some blocks from under the Thwomp on the right, since you need more. Flip the left rotating magnet bar once the 2 Mini Marios are both on it. Erase the bridge in the array on the right, make one on the level of the door and place a block in the upper-left corner of that array. Gold Star Method: Erase the bridge in the left array and place 2 blocks, one in the upper-right corner and one in the upper-left corner. Flip the rotating magnet bars once the 2 Mini Marios are both on them. For the rotating magnet bar on the right, flip it when there are 2 Mini Marios on its right side. 3-4+ Bronze Star: 000470-001630 Silver Star: 004070-005310 Golden Star: 005320-008780 Coins: 13 Small Coins, 3 Big Coins, 1 I Card (6300) Move: 12 Pink Blocks (75 spaces), 2 Conveyor Switches Foes: None Minis: 3 Minis, 3 Yellow Springs, 3 Conveyor Belts Simple Method: Erase the higher of the bridges on the right and place one in the same array but at the level of the door. Erase the bridge that is now above the one you just placed. Gold Star Method: Switch the conveyor belts and erase the lower-right bridge; make one on the top of the upper-left array. Once the Mini Marios have gone across the conveyor belt, switch it again. Erase the bridge on the right and make one 4 block spaces down, as soon as the Mini Mario currently on that bridge gets to its right. As the Mini Marios get to the right of them, erase the bridges other than the one you just made. Make 2 bridges just above the spikes. Place a blockade by putting a block 2 block spaces above the lower-right corner of the array on the right. Once the Mini Marios have all fallen down, erase the leftmost block of the bridge they are currently on. Replace the block where it was once they fall down further and make a bridge on the top of the lower-left array by erasing the blockade. Switch the conveyor belts once the Mini Marios have gotten to the card. 3-5+ Bronze Star: 001980-002760 Silver Star: 002770-006960 Golden Star: 006970-008130 Coins: 14 Small Coins, 2 Big Coins, 1 M Card (5400) Move: 12 Pink Blocks (42 spaces) Foes: 4 Venus Fire Traps (horizontal), 4 Piranha Plants (horizontal) Minis: 2 Minis, 1 Yellow Spring Simple Method: Quickly erase the bridge in the upper-left array and block the fireballs of the 2 Venus Fire Traps. Erase the lower bridge of the lower-left array and place a staircase to block the fireballs by starting from the lower-right corner of the lower-left array. Once the Mini Mario is off the bridge just above that, erase said bridge, aside from the rightmost block. As soon as the 2 Mini Marios are together, erase the block in the upper-right corner of the lower-left array. Gold Star Method: Quickly erase the bridge in the upper-left array and block the fireballs of the 2 Venus Fire Traps. Erase the lower bridge of the lower-left array and place a staircase to block the fireballs by starting from the lower-right corner of the lower-left array. Once the Mini Mario is off the bridge just above that, erase said bridge, aside from the rightmost block. After the Mini Marios meet and the second Mini Mario touches the wall on the right, erase the bridge in the array on the lower-right aside from the leftmost block and make a staircase from the lower-left corner of the array. Once the Mini Mario turns around from the block in the corner, erase both that block and the block in the upper-right corner of the lower-left array. 3-6+ Bronze Star: 000560-001790 Silver Star: 002850-007460 Golden Star: 007470-008320 Coins: 16 Small Coins, 3 Big Coins, 1 A Card (6600) Move: 12 Pink Blocks (44 spaces), 2 Pop-up Blocks Foes: None Minis: 3 Minis, 1 Split Pipe pair Simple Method: Erase the blocks on the top of the left array and place one in the lower-left corner. In the array on the right, erase the block in the lower-right corner. Place a block in the rightmost block in the bridge of block spaces below that. Gold Star Method: Erase the 2 leftmost blocks of the higher bridge in the array on the right. The Mini Mario that starts higher than the others will need to be watched. Erase the bridge, once it crosses it. Activate the Pop-up Block on the left when the Mini Mario gets out of the blue pipe. Place a bridge in the bridge of block spaces on the right. When the group of 2 Mini Marios get past it, erase one of the middle blocks of the lower bridge in the array on the right. Activate the Pop-up Block on the right when the Mini Marios are all to its left. 3-7+ Bronze Star: 001460-001940 Silver Star: 003740-005870 Golden Star: 005880-009150 Coins: 8 Small Coins, 4 Big Coins, 1 R Card (6800) Move: 7 Pink Blocks (40 spaces) Foes: None Minis: 4 Minis, 1 Yellow Switch, 1 Red Switch, 2 Split Pipe pairs Simple Method: Once the Mini Marios on the left cross the bridge, erase the middle of it and place the 2 blocks you erased 2 block spaces lower than where they were at first. Erase the other bridge and place a block in the lower-right corner of that array. When all 4 Mini Marios are together, erase the upper-right block of that array. Gold Star Method: Once the Mini Marios on the left cross the bridge, erase it for a staircase, starting from the lower-left corner of that array. Erase the other bridge and make a staircase in the rightmost array, starting from the lower-right corner. When the 2 Mini Marios cross it, erase it. When the 2 Mini Marios pass through that array, make a bridge on the bottom of said array. After the first Mini Mario gets past the bridge, erase it, so the other falls. 3-Key+ Bronze Star: 000440-002040 Silver Star: 003580-007120 Golden Star: 007130-009730 Coins: 13 Small Coins, 4 Big Coins, 1 I Card, 1 M-Token (7300) Move: 9 Pink Blocks (66 spaces), 3 Magnet Bars Foes: 5 Piranha Plants Minis: 1 Key Mini, 2 Minis, 1 Yellow Spring Simple Method: Place a blockade in the bottom-right blockade, by placing a block in the exact center of the array. The Mini Mario will stall before moving forward, so start placing blocks at the bottom of the middle array which is currently on screen. Place 2 blocks 1 block space above the lower-left corner and the other 1 to the right of that block. Erase the left 2 blocks of the bridge with the Key Mini Mario and place a block 1 block space below the remaining one. Once the Key Mini Mario is on the little magnet bar, erase the blocks remaining. When ever you can, make a blockade to turn around a single Mini Mario, so they all face the same direction. A blockade would be in the center of either of the arrays the Mini Marios go through. Once they are all facing the same direction, turn them around to go around counter-clockwise, if need be and then make a bridge on the top level of the lower-left array, making certain that the Key Mini Mario is leading the group. Flip the rotating magnet bar whenever a Mini Mario or more is on the right, but none are on the left. Make a staircase in the upper-left array, to the door. Flip this rotating magnet bar like you did with the first one, keeping all the Mini Marios on the top by the end. Note: The Gold Star method might actually be easier here, if you are having trouble following that wall of text. It is a little quicker to explain, but I think it feels conceptually harder. It also requires more multi-tasking. Gold Star Method: Once the Key Mini Mario steps off the bridge, erase it and place a block 1 block space below the upper-right corner, forming a blockade. Erase the bridges on the left and right and place a blockade in the middle of the lower-right array's leftmost column. When the Key Mini Mario turns around, place a block in the lower-left corner of the middle array. Once the Mini Mario on the left falls down, make a staircase in the lower-left array, up to the magnet block. When the Mini Mario on the right turns clockwise, erase the lone blocks. Flip the rotating magnet bar once the Mini Mario and Key Mini Mario are both on it. Erase the staircase and when the Mini Mario on the right has made 2 revolutions around its block, make a staircase at the top of the lower-right array. Flip that rotating magnet bar when the Mini Mario gets the big coin. Make a bridge at the top bridge of block spaces; erase the bridge you had previously made and make one at the top of the upper-left array. 3-Donkey Kong+ Bronze Star: 001370-004540 Silver Star: 004550-006670 Golden Star: 006680-009580 Guide: This battle is mostly the same as 3-DK, but Donkey Kong uses stronger stuff earlier on and ends stronger. I will just note the differences in his patterns. If you need more help, check my help for 3-DK. As with the other Plus Mode bosses, there will be gray clocks that take 30 seconds from you, so avoid those, if possible. The regular Piranha Plant is much more common than before and stays out a little longer, so watch out for that. You will normally encounter diagonally firing Venus Fire Traps each volley, so if need be, fire your Mini Mario away to safety. Gold Star Help: There is so little to help you with that I have not already covered. The card starts appearing after 2 hits, so grab that when you can. It will appear when Donkey Kong does not, so if you can hit Donkey Kong, instead, go for it. Just remember not to defeat him before you snag the card. 3-Special+ Bronze Star: 001340-002180 Silver Star: 006840-010000 Golden Star: 010010-013420 Coins: 50 Small Coins, 4 Large Coins, 1 Crown Card, 1 M-Token (11000) Move: 16 Pink Blocks (100 spaces) Foes: None Minis: 4 Minis, 2 Split Pipe pairs Simple Method: Once the Mini Marios on the right pass the bridge, erase it, as from the second block from the left. Once the Mini Marios on the left fall down from the bridge in the upper-left array, erase it and make a staircase up to the door. Gold Star Method: Erase the bridge in the upper-left array. When the Mini Marios on the right pass it, erase the bridge on the left; when the Mini Marios on the left pass it, erase the middle blocks of the bridge. Make bridges directly over the spikes. When the Mini Marios have all turned around and fallen off the magnetic bar on the left, erase the two lone blocks in the lower-left array and make a bridge at the top of the upper-middle array. Note: You can speed up the end by making a blockade on the left, instead of a bridge. The blockade would be 2 blocks on the bottom, towards the right, 1 block as the actual blockade and 1 block in the upper-right corner, so as to get the Mini Marios to fall off. Once the highest Mini Mario turns around, erase the other 2 blocks up there. Make a bridge with the lone block once the set of 2 Mini Marios has fallen down. Place a bridge over the solid red blocks by using one of the bridges above the spikes. Use the other bridge to make a staircase up to the red blocks by the door, once the Mini Marios have passed the array on the right. Gold Star Method: Erase the blocks to the right of the highest Mini Mario and extend the ground the other Mini Marios are on by 1 block space. Once the highest Mini Mario turns around, erase the other 2 blocks up there. Make a bridge with the lone block once the set of 2 Mini Marios has fallen down. When all 3 Mini Marios cross the bridge, erase it, aside from the rightmost block and use that to make a staircase downwards. Erase the bridge below it. When all the Mini Marios have passed the staircase, make a bridge with the rightmost block and place a blockade in the left array, 1 block space above the lower-right corner. Erase the staircase when you can. Once the Mini Marios have passed the bridge, make a staircase, using its leftmost block, upwards. 4-2+ Bronze Star: 001330-001520 Silver Star: 003960-007420 Golden Star: 007430-008430 Coins: 10 Small Coins, 3 Big Coins, 1 I Card (6000) Move: 12 Pink Blocks (74 spaces) Foes: 5 Yellow Pyro Guys (fiery), 5 Blue Pyro Guys (3 fiery, 2 blocks) Minis: 3 Minis, 1 Yellow Spring, 1 Yellow Switch, 1 Blue Switch, 1 Split Pipe pair Simple Method: Erase the 4 blocks in a column and place a blockade 2 block spaces above the lower-right corner of the upper-left array and another one in the same spot of the lower-right array. Additionally, place a cushion 2 block spaces to the left of and 2 block spaces above the lower-right corner of the lower-right array. Once the Mini Marios are all together, erase the first blockade and the bridge on the right, near the girder with 3 coins. After they get off it, erase the bridge above the 3 Pyro Guys that lead to the door. Gold Star Method: Erase the vertical column and the blocks next to it. Place a blockade 2 block spaces above the lower-right corner of the upper-left array. Once the Mini Marios have turned around, place a block in a staircase, using the blockade and place a bridge on the upmost row of the lower-right array. Erase the blocks not being used right now. When the Mini Marios have travelled up the staircase, make a bridge on the same row as the other bridge, but in the upper-left array, to the yellow Pyro Guys. Erase the staircase and once the Mini Marios have gone across it, the bridge on the right. Place a block in the left column of the lower-right array, 2 block spaces above the junction. (On the same row as the Yellow Spring) When you can, erase the bridge, aside from the leftmost block and place 3, one on the same level as the blue pipe, one in the lower-right array, to the girder and one at the lower level of the upper-right array. Erase the bridge on the top when you need to. (roughly once the Mini Marios have started to turn around) Once the Mini Mario have gone across the other bridge in the same array, erase it. 4-3+ Bronze Star: 000780-002030 Silver Star: 002040-005540 Golden Star: 005550-008080 Coins: 10 Small Coins, 3 Big Coins, 1 N Card (6000) Move: 16 Pink Blocks (84 spaces), 1 four-way Pipe (corner), 2 Yellow Box Springs Foes: None Minis: 3 Minis Simple Method: Erase the lower-left bridge and place it on the top of the lower-left array. As the Mini Marios step on it, activate the Yellow Box Spring. Once all 3 Mini Marios have gone through the pipe, turn the pipe junction clockwise. Erase the bridge in the upper-right array and make one 3 block spaces below the highest row. Activate the Yellow Box Spring whenever the Mini Marios go on it. Gold Star Method: Erase the lower-left bridge and place it on the top of the lower-left array. As the Mini Marios step on it, activate the Yellow Box Spring. Once all 3 Mini Marios have gone through the pipe, turn the pipe junction clockwise. Erase the bridge in the lower-right array and place it at the top of that array. Rotate the pipe junction counter-clockwise when the Mini Marios have gone through it. Erase the bridge in the array on the upper-right, aside from the leftmost block, and place a blockade 2 block spaces above and 1 block space to the right of the remaining block, after the Mini Marios are below it. Activate the lower Yellow Box Spring whenever a Mini Mario goes on it. Once the Mini Marios all make it through, turn the pipe junction clockwise and do so again once the Mini Marios go through it again. Erase the bridge in the upper-left array and place it on the bottom of that array. When the Mini Marios have gone through the pipe, (yet again) turn the pipe junction counter-clockwise. Erase the bridge once the Mini Marios have gone back in the pipe and put it atop the upper-left array. Use that block to make a staircase upwards. On the top, erase 3 of the block in the partial bridge, the ones on the right, and make a staircase down from the remaining ones. Erase the blocks in the lower-right array and make a bridge on the top of that array. (Make sure that all the Mini Marios have fallen, first.) Use the last block to block the Mini-Spiky Snifit on the top. Gold Star Method: In the lower-right array, erase the 3 blocks above the lowest row and place a blockade by putting a block 2 block spaces above and 2 block spaces to left of the lower-right corner of the lower-right array. Erase the bridge on which the Mini-Spiky Snifit is and block it when you can. Use that block (the one in the lower-right corner of the middle-left array) to form a staircase up to the pipe before erasing the blocks in the lower-right array, to make a bridge on its top. In the upper array, erase the bridge, place blocks on both sides of the lower Mini-Spiky Snifit and place a bridge above that, so that it does not go on the other 2 blocks. Additionally, place a block in front of the Mini-Spiky Snifit higher up. As the Mini Marios travel on them, erase the blocks in the lower 2 arrays. Once the Mini Marios have snagged the card, make a staircase, using the block in front of the higher Mini-Spiky Snifit and make a bridge that continues from the staircase, to the wall on the right. Once the Mini Marios are all above the level of the door, erase the blocks below it and make a bridge to the door. 4-5+ Bronze Star: 000230-002660 Silver Star: 002670-007950 Golden Star: 007960-010110 Coins: 17 Small Coins, 4 Big Coins, 1 M Card (7700) Move: 8 Pink Blocks (40 spaces), 1 Pop-up Block, 1 Yellow Box Spring, 1 Blue Box Spring Foes: 1 Thwomp Minis: 3 Minis, 5 Ladders, 2 Yellow Springs, 1 Blue Spring Simple Method: Wait until the Thwomp crashes against the blocks before erasing the bridge that is higher. Erase the middle of the lower bridge once the Mini Marios are to the right of it. Block the Thwomp with the second lowest level of block spaces once it is below them. Make a blockade in the higher array by placing a block in the lower-left corner and a second 1 block space to the right of and 2 block spaces above the previous one. Activate the Yellow Box Spring when the Mini Marios are on top of it. Gold Star Method: Erase the 2 blocks in the middle of the higher bridge. When one Mini Mario gets across the lower bridge, erase the 2 middle blocks of it, too. Now activate the Blue Box Spring for the Mini Mario, quickly finish the higher bridge and secure the Thwomp onto the spikes, so the next Mini Mario may pass by. From the bridge in the higher array, erase a block and put it 1 block space to the right of and 2 block spaces above the lower-left corner. Activate the Yellow Box Spring when each Mini Mario gets on it. Form a staircase in the lower array, starting 1 block space above the lower-left corner. Erase the bridge once the Mini Marios all cross it the first time. Gold Star Method: Erase the staircase, aside from the lower 2 blocks of the upper-left array. Erase the bridge the Mini-Pokey is on, form a bridge on the top of the lower array and erase that bridge once the Mini-Pokey is on it. The Mini-Pokeys must be blocked by placing a block in the highest row of the left column, the lowest row of the column on the right and the lowest row of the middle-left column of the lower array. (keep that Mini-Pokey to the right of that block) Additionally place a block in the lone space to the right of the block you just placed. In the upper-left array, make a staircase from the lower-left corner and erase the blocks in the staircase. Make a bridge across the lower array. Erase the block of the bridge furthest to the right and the block in the lone space once the Mini Marios have turned around. Once all of the Mini Marios have fallen, make a bridge as low as you can in the lower array, using the other bridge for blocks. Note: You have time for mistakes. Erase the bridge in the upper-left array, aside from the block second from the right. Once the Mini Mario on the left falls, erase that block and place 2 blocks in the 2 left columns on the same row. Erase them once all the Mini Marios go across them once. Gold Star Method: In the upper-right array, erase the 3 highest blocks and finish the bridge that is in the same array. Erase the 3 leftmost blocks of the bridge in the array on the upper-left. Erase the remaining ones, once the Mini Mario crosses it. Place a blockade in the upper-right array, by putting a block 2 block spaces above the lower-left corner and a blockade in the upper-left array, by placing one 1 block space above and 1 block space to the right of the lower-left corner. Make a bridge above the Circus Kong, on the lowest row of the upper-left array, but not on the ends. Erase the blockade on the left once the Mini Marios are all together, the bridge once they cross it and the other blockade once they turn around. Place the 2 leftmost blocks of a bridge on the top of the upper-left array. Erase the 2 leftmost blocks from the staircase in the upper array. Activate the Blue Box Spring when the Mini Mario lands on it, both times. Use the Yellow Box Spring whenever a Mini Mario travels over it. After the first 5 times, ignore the ones before the Key Mini Mario. Gold Star Method: Erase the staircase and place a bridge on the top of the lower array. Once the Capture Kong captures the Key Mini Mario, erase everything in the middle array. When it gets to the other side, place a block 1 block space above the corner in lower-right. Erase the bridge once the Key Mini Mario makes it across it, but before the next one does. Activate the Blue Box Spring whenever a Mini Mario goes over it. Make a bridge 1 block space below the highest level of the upper array. Once the Mini Marios have collected the coins on the right, use the Yellow Box Spring on a normal Mini Mario and blockade the others in, by placing a block 1 block space above the lower-right corner. When the Mini Mario on the right is returning, activate the Yellow Box Spring for any Mini Mario facing to the left, starting with the Key Mini Mario. 4-Donkey Kong+ Bronze Star: 003690-004470 Silver Star: 004480-007970 Golden Star: 007980-008970 Guide: This battle is mostly the same as 4-DK, but Donkey Kong uses stronger stuff earlier on and ends stronger. I will just note the differences in his patterns. If you need more help, check my help for 4-DK. The first Snapjaw appears from the start. The Nitpicker appears after hit 1 wears off. The card appears after hit 2, while the second Snapjaw appears after hit 2 wears off. On hits 3 and 4, the Nitpicker fires 4 eggs. After hit 4, the third (and final) Snapjaw appears. On hit 5, the Nitpicker fires 5 eggs. The Snapjaws are a pain, so be careful about them. Donkey Kong is not easy to predict, so try hitting bananas he is likely to be under. Fortunately, gray clocks rarely appear, but that also means blue ones do not appear often, either. Gold Star Help: Getting rid of the Nitpicker or one of the Snapjaws can be an immense help. The Snapjaw on the left only appears on the 2 leftmost vines, alternating if it can and the one on the right does the same, only on the 2 rightmost vines. The one in the middle will appear on any of the 3 vines not on the ends. The Snapjaws are probably a bigger threat when compared to the Nitpicker and you will most likely need to shoot from the opposite side to get past them. Remember, 1 Mini Mario lost means you lose the entire Gold Star! (Unless you can finish in about 80 seconds) 4-Special+ Bronze Star: 000000-?????? Flip the two Mini Donkey Kongs on the horizontal magnet bar, and when they fall off the ceiling from the Pink Blocks, remove them so the other Mini Donkey Kongs stay on their floating platform. When the two lower Mini Donkey Kongs reach the vertical magnet bar, flip it, but time it so that they reach two coins and card (if you only flip the first one, wait until its off and then do the second). Erase the bridges they walk over (after they do so) and the one in the middle left array, and put a bridge at the bottom of said array. Place the left two blocks of a bridge on the upper-left array and finish it once the two Mini Donkey Kongs on the right go past the array. If you're fast, you can make a bridge to the pipe, but if not, you can allow the Mini Donkey Kongs to revolve around the floating platform once before placing it. In the latter case, make sure to remove the bridge in the upper-left array! (You could also place the bridge beforehand, but not everyone is quick enough when following directions.) R-10 Bronze Star: 001030-002310 Silver Star: 002680-006360 Golden Star: 006860-008660 Coins: 14 Small Coins, 3 Big Coins, 1 Crown Card (6400) Move: 18 Pink Blocks (84 spaces), 1 Conveyor Switch Foes: None Minis: 4 Minis, 1 Pipe, 1 Conveyor Belt, 4 Yellow Springs, 1 Blue Spring Simple Method: In the left array, erase the leftmost block of the higher bridge. In the array on the right, erase the rightmost block of the pseudo-bridge. Erase the blocks under the Yellow Spring on the right, underneath the Warp Pipe. Gold Star Method: Erase the 4 highest blocks in the array on the right and the middle 2 blocks of the higher bridge in the left array. Make a bridge 3 block spaces down from the top of the array of the right and fill in the one on the left that you erased. Erase the 2 blocks below each Yellow Spring and press the conveyor belt switch before filling the ones on the left back in. Place 2 blocks 1 or 2 block spaces above the bottom of the left array, in the middle of it. Erase all blocks over the lower-left corner of the same array. Erase the upper-right bridge and, once Mini Peach and Mini Donkey Kong get to the Yellow Springs, place a block in the upper-left corner of the left array. Place a block 4 block spaces higher than the lower-right corner of the same array and, once the card has been grabbed, press the conveyor belt switch. Gold Star Method: Erase the lower bridge and place one on the bottom of the array. Erase the one on the top of the array and place it 4 block spaces lower. When the Minis cross the lower bridge, erase it and start a staircase from the upper-right corner of the array when the Minis pass the higher bridge, which should be erased beforehand. Erase the rightmost block of the bridge on the bottom and place it 4 block spaces higher. When the Minis use the staircase, erase it, place a block to finish the lower bridge and once 7 Minis pass it, place a block 2 block spaces above the lower-left corner. Erase the upper-right bridge and the lower staircase, fill in the bridge of block spaces and place a blockade in the lower-middle array by placing a block in the lower-right corner and a block 2 block spaces above and a block space to the left of the other. Gold Star Method: Activate the Blue Box Spring 3 times to grab the coins on the girders and erase the 2 staircases on the bottom. In the upper-left array, make a staircase from the upper-left corner and in the upper-right array, make a bridge that has a blockade on the left, 2 spaces above the bridge. Erase the blocks that have not been erased yet and make a bridge on the top of the lower-left array. Once the coins on the right have been obtained, erase the blockade and make a bridge on the bottom of the lower-middle array. Erase the staircase once it is used make a bridge on the bottom of the lower-left array, erase the upper-right bridge to fill the bridge of block spaces by the door and activate the Yellow Box Spring, making sure that one of the Minis used it on walks to the left. Use the Pop-Up Block to keep the Minis together and make a blockade with the upper-left bridge if a Mini turns to the left after nabbing the coins. Basement B-1 Bronze Star: 001130-001910 Silver Star: 001920-005230 Golden Star: 005240-008290 Coins: 10 Small Coins, 3 Big Coins, 1 Crown Card (6000) Move: 9 Pink Blocks (39 spaces), 2 Pop-up Blocks Foes: None Minis: 3 Minis, 1 Yellow Switch, 1 Red Switch, 1 Blue Switch, 2 Split Pipe pairs Simple Method: Erase all of the blocks and place a bridge in the middle of the lower array, at the bottom of the upper-right array and the right 2 blocks for a bridge at the top of the lower array. Activate the highest Mini Mario and turn it around once with the Pop-up Block. Place a block in the lower-right corner of the lower array and erase the block above it. Once the third Mini Mario is activated, put a block in the upper-left corner of the lower array. When they reach it, use the Pop-Up Block on the bottom. Note: "Middle of the lower array" means 3 block spaces above the bottom, thus 3 block spaces below the top of the lower array. Gold Star Method: Erase the column of blocks and the 2 leftmost blocks of the lower bridge. Place a bridge in the middle of the lower array and a blockade in the upper-right array by placing a block in the lower-left corner and another 1 block space to the right of and 2 block spaces above that other block. Activate the highest Mini Mario and when it reaches it for the first time, activate the Pop-Up Block and erase the rightmost block of the bridge. Activate the Mini Marios as they are reached, erase blocks that were crossed and make a bridge on the bottom of the upper-right array. When they all turn around, erase the blockade and make a bridge on the top of the lower array. Activate the lower Pop-Up Block when the Mini Marios reach it. B-2 Bronze Star: 001400-002640 Silver Star: 002650-005100 Golden Star: 005110-007240 Coins: 8 Small Coins, 2 Big Coins, 1 Crown Card (4800) Move: 8 Pink Blocks (78 spaces) Foes: 6 Venus Fire Traps (horizontal), 4 Mini Spiky Snifits Minis: 2 Minis, Simple Method: Erase the blocks on the right and after the fireballs on the left are swallowed by the Venus Fire Traps there, the blocks on the left; quickly place the blocks on the left back in to seal both sets of fireballs. Erase any excess blocks and make all but the bottom 2 blocks of a staircase starting from the highest block remaining. Activate the Mini Mario on the left and when it gets past the array, finish the staircase. Once both Mini Marios are on the girder, erase all of the blocks and put a block directly in front of the upper 2 Mini Spiky Snifits. For the lower-right one, place one 2 block spaces to the left of the edge. The last one will need to be quickly done after making the Minis go past it. A staircase from the upper-right block, down will be necessary but be sure to leave 1 block undone, 2 if the Mini Marios are on the right of the staircase. Time it so that the last block is placed when the Mini Marios will not jump into bullets. Place the blockade in front of the lower-left Mini Spiky Snifit to save your Minis. Note: The timing of the Mini-Spiky Snifits is more lenient than it might seem. If they have not started winding up before the first Mini Mario reaches the staircase, you should be fine. Gold Star Method: Erase the blocks on the left and after the fireballs on the right are swallowed by the Venus Fire Traps there, the blocks on the right; quickly put the blocks on the left back in to seal both sets of fireballs. For the lower-left one, place one 2 block spaces to the right of the edge. The last one will need to be quickly done after making the Minis go past it. A staircase from the upper-left block, down will be needed but be sure to leave 2 blocks undone, 1 if the Mini Marios are on the right of the staircase and have grabbed the coins. Time it so that the last block is placed when the Mini Marios will not jump into bullets. Place the blockade in front of the lower-right Mini Spiky Snifit to save your Minis. Erase the blocks as they are used and place a bridge on the top row when the Minis are on ground. B-3 Bronze Star: 000310-002780 Silver Star: 003930-004080 Golden Star: 004090-007340 Coins: 9 Small Coins, 2 Big Coins, 1 Crown Coin (4900) Move: 8 Pink Blocks (64 spaces), 1 Yellow Box Spring Foes: 2 Capture Kongs Minis: 5 Minis, 1 Hammer, 3 Split Pipe pairs Simple Method: Erase the blocks on the left and make a staircase from the lower-right corner of the left array. Place a blockade 1 block space above the lower-left corner of the lower-right array by using the block above it. Activate the Mini Mario closest to the blockade. When it turns around, remove the blockade and reform the bridge on top. When the Mini Marios are past the staircase, erase it and place a bridge 1 block space higher than the top of the staircase, but blockade the left end by putting it 2 block spaces higher. Place a bridge on the top of the lower-right array and when the Capture Kong is on it, erase it, so it falls down. Finish the bridge on the left and start remaking the lower-left array's bridge, (on the top) starting from the right. When you remove the blockade, put the block at the end of the bridge. Gold Star Method: Erase the bridge on the right and the leftmost block of the bridge on the left. Make a bridge on the top of the left array and, when the Capture Kong is to the right side of the bridge, erase the 2 leftmost blocks of the bridge, followed by the 2 leftmost blocks of the partial bridge below and the support for the Capture Kong. Make a bridge on the top of the left array and a blockade 1 block space above the lower-left corner of the same array; place the other 2 blocks 1 block space below and 1 and 2 block spaces to the right of the blockade nearby. Activate the highest Mini Mario and use the Yellow Box Spring when it treads on it the first time. When it turns around from the blockade, move said blockade 4 block spaces higher. Erase the bridge when it crosses it, in favor of putting a block in the lower-right corner of the left array and 3 blocks on the bottom of the lower-right one. Erase blocks to fill in the bridge to the purple pipe, get the Mini Mario on the left activated and erase more blocks to make a bridge on top of the lower-right array. (The Capture Kong can be safely freed, now.) B-4 Bronze Star: 000960-002860 Silver Star: 002870-008490 Golden Star: 008500-009670 Coins: 12 Small Coins, 4 Big Coins, 1 Crown Card, 1 M-Token (7200) Move: 17 Pink Blocks (80 spaces) Foes: 2 Venus Fire Traps (horizontal), 2 Piranha Plants (horizontal) Minis: 3 Minis, 3 Split Pipe pairs Simple Method: Erase all the blocks except for the bottom 5 and trap the fireball on the right with the block spaces closest to the Venus Fire Traps on the right but still in the same row. Put 2 blocks above the yellow pipe and the rest on the bottom of the array to the right, reaching just past the door. Activate the Mini Marios. Gold Star Method: Erase all of the blocks and trap the fireballs on the right. Place a blockade 2 block spaces above the lower-left corner of the left side of the array. Fill in the 4 leftmost spaces of the upper-left bridge of block spaces and the whole one below that. Place 4 blocks travelling low, to the pipe and a blockade at the end, 2 block spaces above the rightmost block. Activate the Mini Marios and erase the bridge of block spaces as a Mini Mario travels over it. Erase both of the blocks on the right, so you can trap the fireballs on the left side. Take the bridge of block spaces on the left and make a path from between the pipes in the middle to the coins and card, dropping off at the last place for the low purple pipe. Erasing blocks as needed, including the left blockade, collect the coins and fall near the door, blockading beyond the door so they turn around. B-5 Bronze Star: 000000-002400 Silver Star: 005290-009740 Golden Star: 009750-010540 Coins: 14 Small Coins, 5 Big Coins, 1 Crown Card (8400) Move: 8 Pink Blocks (112 spaces) Foes: 3 Yellow Pyro Guys (fiery) Minis: 3 Minis, 4 Yellow Springs, 3 Blue Springs Simple Method: Erase the bottom 4 blocks and place them in a bridge, 1 block space above the yellow Pyro Guy. Erase the other 4 blocks and place them 3 block spaces above the spikes. Erase all the blocks the Mini Marios are standing on, but wait for the leftmost one. (to prevent a Mini Mario from breaking) Place a block in the lower-right corner of the array and 3 above the spikes, to the Yellow Spring. Erase the rightmost block in the left array and place one between the girders, to the second Yellow Spring. Erase blocks as the Mini Marios cross them. Put a block to get to the door. Gold Star Method: Erase the bottom 4 blocks and make a staircase starting 4 block spaces below the upper-right corner of the left array. Erase the blocks the Mini Marios are standing on and make a bridge using the lowest block, erasing the staircase upon doing so. Make a staircase 2 block spaces above the lowest yellow Pyro Guy and erase the bridge. Form a blockade by placing a block 3 block spaces above the lower-left corner and another 1 block space to the right of and 2 block spaces above the other block, erasing the lowest block in the staircase after doing so. Erase all available blocks and fill all but the leftmost block of the bottom row of block spaces and then remove the blockade. Fill in the gap to the second Yellow Spring and start erasing blocks as they become available. Place a block next to the second Blue Spring and another to bridge the gap between the first Blue Spring and the Yellow Spring with a Big Coin over it. Once all of the Mini Marios have used the Blue Spring, erase the highest block. Place a block next to the girder holding the highest Yellow Spring. Fill in the block 1 block space higher when you can and 3 when the Minis are to the right of it. B-6 Bronze Star: 000880-004770 Silver Star: 004780-007310 Golden Star: 007320-008510 Coins: 14 Small Coins, 3 Big Coins, 1 Crown Card (5400) Move: 17 Pink Blocks (82 spaces) Foes: 2 Thwomps Minis: 3 Minis Simple Method: Erase the blocks in the 2 higher rows with the exception of the ones under the Thwomp and further away from the center than the other. Fill in the top row of the lower-left array and some of the bottom of the lower-right array. Activate the leftmost Mini Mario and erase blocks that it has already traveled on to make a staircase/bridge on the bottom of the lower-right array. Activate the other Mini Marios when the active one is below it. Do not erase blocks in the lower-right array unless to make a correction. Gold Star Method: Erase the blocks in the 2 higher rows and form 2 staircases from the upper-left corner of the lower-left array, making the rightmost block a blockade, putting it on the top of the array. Activate the leftmost Mini Mario and make a bridge above the Thwomp once it falls, along with making the bridge over the staircase on the right into a bridge on the top. Place a block underneath the left side of the Thwomp on the right and erase some blocks as needed to get the Big Coin. Make sure not to free the Thwomp on the left and to rebuild what you erased when the Mini Mario has snagged the coin. Erase blocks as needed to get the Mini Mario trapped on the middle row and blockaded on both sides. Activate the Mini Mario in that area when the other one is under it, facing the right and when you can, erase the blockade on the right to let the Thwomp fall and grab the card. Keep the Minis trapped on the left, such that they do not get near the Thwomp, so it can rise and be trapped on top. Make a path to the door, erase unnecessary blocks and activate the remaining Mini Mario. Note: I would recommend putting the blocks on the right low from the beginning. Additionally, the coin and card only need 2 blocks in the bridge of block spaces to get them. B-7 Bronze Star: 000000-001880 Silver Star: 001890-007940 Golden Star: 007950-010720 Coins: 19 Small Coins, 5 Big Coins, 1 Crown Card, 1 M-Token (8900) Move: 3 Pink Blocks (103 spaces), 1 Conveyor Switch Foes: Minis: 2 Minis, 2 Yellow Springs, 1 Pipe, 2 Split Pipe pairs, 2 Yellow Switches , 1 Conveyor Belt Method: This stage is unusually action based, so you need good reflexes and speed more than a good plan, though that never hurts. You will constantly need to erase and place blocks, so whenever your Mini Mario uses a block in whatever manner is required, erase it, so that you can fill in the next block which I tell you to fill in. (Also of note is that I do not refer to the landing blocks as parts of the blockades you will make. Try not to be thrown off by this!) Activate the higher Mini Mario and adjust the bridge, as needed. In the the array the Mini Mario will next be in, place a block in the lower-right corner and a blockade 2 block spaces above the lower-left corner. Place the last block just above the left Pyro Guy. On the lowest level of that array, on the left, place a block and place a blockade 2 block spaces above and 1 block space to the right of the other block. Once the Mini Mario is past that, start a bridge on the bottom of the lower-right array, starting from the left and activate the other Mini Mario. Carry this on and when the Mini Mario reaches the Yellow Spring, start making a bridge from the girder, instead. Make a staircase using the yellow Pyro Guy and continue it as a bridge, above the other yellow Pyro Guy. Fill in the block and make a bridge to the yellow horizontal gate. Switch the conveyor belts. Form a bridge at the top, for the current Mini Mario and to the right of the conveyor belt, start a staircase, upwards, and continue that over the spikes. Start a bridge across the top of the array, but 1 block space to the right of the upper-left corner, and continue it. Place a bridge at the bottom, starting from the left, and when the Mini Mario uses the Yellow Spring, Start forming a bridge on the level of the girder. However, this time, make the continuation upwards, to the yellow horizontal gate. Make a bridge to the blue pipe. B-8 Bronze Star: 002090-002940 Silver Star: 004630-010200 Golden Star: 010210-011960 Coins: 35 Small Coins, 4 Big Coins, 1 Crown Card (9500) Move: 22 Pink Blocks (79 spaces), 1 Conveyor Belt, 1 Magnet Bar Foes: None Minis: 8 Minis, 1 Pipe, 1 Split Pipe pair, 1 Conveyor Belt Simple Method: Erase all the blocks except the ones in the top row and make a staircase in the lower-right array, from the lower-right corner, upwards. Activate the Mini Marios. Gold Star Method: Erase all the blocks in the upper-middle array and 1 block in the bridge of block spaces to the left. Place a blockade 2 block spaces above and 1 block space to the right of the lower-left corner of the upper-middle array. Make a bridge on the top of the array, aside from the leftmost block and a staircase in the lower-left array, from the blue Warp Pipe to the door. Place a blockade 2 block spaces above the lower-right corner of the lower-right array and start all of the Mini Marios. Let 3 fall down onto the conveyor belt and then finish the bridge to the blue Warp Pipe, erasing the blockade in the upper-middle array and, once a Mini Mario passes to the right, finishing the bridge above. Turn the conveyor belt around once 1 or 2 Mini Marios falls down and erase blocks when none will be needed for any more transportation. Turn the Magnet Bar to get the card and make a staircase in the lower-right array, to the door. Erase the blockade and put a block in the upper-right corner of it. Note: Exact numbers are not really needed, since you have 8 Mini Marios and 5 paths to travel. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Mini Toy Kit Challenge What is the Mini Toy Kit challenge? It's my name for trying to get the bonus applause when you get all the Minis in the door in the correct order, whilst using the Mini Toy Kit. Key, DK, and Rooftop levels do not have this. The thing is, Minis of the same type are not interchangable. If there are 5 Minis, one of those Mini Marios MUST be the first in the door, and one of them MUST be in the back of the line. Well, I think that's all I need to say, so let's get going. 1-1 Simple Method: Erase the blocks to make a bridge across the bottom of the array, and start the Minis.
