After that, I moved on to Pokemon Gold and Silver. I always loved the attack animations (especially Aeroblast). After that, I continued onward and played Pokemon Sapphire, Ruby, Emerald, Fire Red, and Leaf Green. I enjoyed each game thoroughly, despite the fact that I was not raising Pokemon through IVs. All I cared about were how the attacks looked and how powerful they were. Now that I have played Pokemon Diamond, I have discovered the usefulness of not only having good attacks, but a decent strategy as well. This TM/HM FAQ is here to provide people with a good idea of some of the attacks obtainable in this game. I also give my personal opinion (suggestion) of the move. Also, if you wish to find a certain TM or HM, just press Ctrl + F, type in "TM##/HM##" (HM07, TM26, TM71, etc.) to quickly find the move you are looking for. With that being said, I hope people find this FAQ useful. @~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~@ @ 2) TM List @ @~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~@ Basic Outline: TM##/HM## - A (J) Type: B PP: C Power: D Accuracy: E Information: F Location: G 2nd Location: H Suggestion: I ## - What # of TM or HM it is (TM11, HM02, etc.) A - Move name (Dragon Claw, Hyper Blast, etc.) B - Move type (Ice, Ground, etc.) C - Amount of PP that move has D - Attack Power E - Attack Accuracy F - Information about the attack G - Location of where the TM/HM can be found H - If the TM has a second location, it will be shown here I - Suggestion. My personal commentary on the move. J - What kind of attack it is (Physical, Special, or Other). For example, Bullet Seed is a physical attack, and Giga drain is a special attack. If your Pokemon's attack is much higher than your special attack (and you can land all 5 hits of Bullet Seed), Bullet Seed will do more damage than Giga Drain (with the foe having exactly the same defense and special defense). If the attack is Other, that means that it is not an instant damage landing attack or does not land damage at all (Calm Mind, Entice, etc.). I spent around five hours the first time just getting it (I was the first one on GameFAQs, to my knowledge, that tested this theory out, presented by Nelvins). If you are able, it is better to just ask somebody for the TM, but hey, if you want to try your luck, go right ahead. In order to get it, you have to last in "Clefairy Yayness" for at least ten rounds. There are various techniques you can try, depending on which Clefairy you get. I am not going to go in-depth about them, but it does often matter what you do when the Clefairy is glowing red in the moon and/or making sounds. It is possible, but you need a lot of luck and patience to pull it off. Do not spend your entire life trying to figure it out, though; if you are able, just ask somebody for the TM. Use if you have high luck confusing the foe. @~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~@ @ 4) Copyrights @ @~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~@ First off, you are not allowed to take this TM/HM FAQ and put it on your site without my permission. If you plan on doing so, e-mail me, and if I give you approval of posting copies of this, you HAVE to leave it EXACTLY the way it is, word for word. Next, do not make copies of this and then sell for profit; do not steal my work. If somebody finds this on another site, and you do not believe that I gave permission, e-mail or IM me. As of right now, GameFAQs is the ONLY site allowed to host this FAQ. Some information was from serebii.net, and some I found out myself. If you need specifics, need help and do not understand something in my FAQ, or find a spelling/capitalization/formatting/translation error (I try to make my FAQs as free from these as possible, but some grammatical changes may be resisted), e-mail or IM me.
