Contact Me ------------------------------ 1. Prologue Navi Customizer is back from EXE4, yet again. And again, you collect the Navi Customizer "Blocks", or Programs, that you can put into the Navi Customizer to power-up Rockman.EXE! Yeah, the drill's pretty much identical...... To find the part you need help with, hit Ctrl + F to open the Find... Window, and type in "^x" and replace the "x" with the desired number of topic that you need help with. For example, to access the FAQs Section in this Guide, you can type in "^6" and then BOOM, you're there. This system works with subsections in the third section as well. All you have to do is type in the letters or Roman numerals and you'll be taken to that place, instead of numbers, and you'll be there in no time. I understand that people will want the locations of each Program, but with my little knowledge on this game, sometimes I tend to forget the locations. I would love it if someone would help me out here. Now, enjoy. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ 2. Navi Customizer Explanation (^2) As mentioned in the Prologue, the Navi Customizer takes up the responsibility of powering up Rockman.EXE in this game. In the world of Megaman Battle Network 4, you can find Programs for your Navi Customizer almost everywhere, or you can even buy some of them. There are different colors and shapes of Programs, so most of the time you might spend your time madly on this function of the game to try to power-up your Rockman.EXE. Fiddle around with your Navi Customizer might give you unexpected effects on Rockman.EXE! The following is an ASCII Art I created of the layout of the main part of the Navi Customizer. It sucks VERY much but just use it if you need to. _____________ | A | ------------------------------------------------- ----------------- | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | ------------------------------------------------- | | | | | | | | | | | | | B | | | | | | | | | | | | |---------| | | | | | | | | | ------------------------------------------------|\ | | F | |--------|--------|---------|---------|---------| \ | | | | | | C | | | \ | D |_________| | | | | | | / | | |--------|--------|---------|---------|---------| / | | ------------------------------------------------|/ | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | ------------------------------------------------- | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | |---------------| | | | | | | | E | | | | | | | | | ------------------------------------------------- ----------------- * Note: When you first got your Navi Customizer, its size is 4x4, not 5x5. You need to find the 2 Customizer Memories to increase the size of the Memory Map. A: Program Colors in the Navi Customizer B: Memory Map C: Command Line D: Program List E: The "RUN!" Button F: Program Image Hope this diagram helps. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ 3. Navi Customizer Programs (^3) Here we go: the most important part of this whole Guide. Since there are WAY too many Programs for the Navi Customizer, I'll have to divide them into different sections. This part of the Navi Customizer Guide will be in the following format: Name of Program / U.S. Translation Color Description How to Acquire Usefulness (Lowest being * and highest being *****) Shape of Program (in diagram) Compression Code Comments For the convenience of making the diagram (I suck at making ASCII Arts), I'll use "[ ]" for every single box a block takes up. The box that can be deleted after using the Porgram Compression Code will be showed as "[#]". ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ a. Solid Navi Customizer Programs (^a) The Solid Navi Customizer Programs are those that enhance Rockman.EXE's abilities indirectly. They're also called "Ability Programs". ============================================================================== Name of Program: Super Armor / SprArmr Color: Red Description: With this Program equipped, Rockman.EXE won't flinch when he is hit by an enemy attack. Acquire: Oran Island Area 3 NetMerchant Usefulness: **** Shape: [ ] [#][ ][ ] [ ] Compression: RABRALLRBA Comment: Great Program. People may find it useless, but it prevents loss of Charge on Buster and also loss of Busting Level when you get hit by enemy attack. ============================================================================== Name of Program: Custom 1 / Custom1 Color: Blue Description of Effects: Increase the Chips in the Custom Menu by 1. Acquire: - SciLab Area 1 BMD - Undernet Area 3 NetMerchant Usefulness: **** Shape: [ ][ ] [ ][ ] [#] Compression: AARLBABALB Comment: Great stuff. This Program ensures that you get more selections of Chips in your Custom Menu. A must in the Navi Customizer. ============================================================================== Name of Program: Custom 2 / Custom2 Color: Blue Description of Effects: Increase the Chips in the Custom Menu by 2. Acquire: NumberMan Slot Machine #15595587 Usefulness: ***** Shape: [ ][ ] [ ][ ][ ] [ ][ ][#] Compression: BARLLRRLAR Comment: Basically a more advances version. However, it's nerfed now that it's blue and is therefore harder to be used with Custom1. ============================================================================== Name of Program: Mega-Folder 1 / MegFldr1 Color: Green/Pink Description of Effects: Increase the # of Mega-Class Chips in every Folder by 1. Acquire: - Oran Island Area 3 NetMerchant (Green) - SciLab Computer Area 4 (Green) - Usefulness: ** Shape: [#] [ ][ ] [ ] Compression: BBABBRRLAR Comment: Eh, not really a good NCP anymore seeing how the Mega Chips in this game aren't that good anymore. ============================================================================== Name of Program: Mega-Folder 2 / MegFldr2 Color: Green Description of Effects: Increase the # of Mega-Class Chips in every Folder by 2. Acquire: Usefulness: ** Shape: [ ][ ] [ ][ ] [ ][#] Compression: LABBLBAALL Comment: It's two blocks larger than Mega-Folder 1 and it's not too much more useful. Personally I don't think it's worth it. ============================================================================== Name of Program: Giga Folder 1 / GigFldr1 Color: Red Description of Effects: Lets Rockman hold one more Giga-Class Chip in each Folder. Acquire: Undernet Area 2 BugMerchant Usefulness: * Shape: [#] [ ][ ][ ] [ ][ ][ ][ ][ ] Compression: RRLBLLARBL Comment: Here's the definition of "uselessness". Right here. Honestly, the size is way too damned large, and the Giga Chips in this game are just...... Not worth it. ============================================================================== Name of Program: First Barrier / FstBarr Color: Blue Description of Effects: Grants Rockman a 10-HP Barrier at the beginning of every Battle. Acquire: Squirrel Computer Area 15 Usefulness: **** Shape: [#] [ ] [ ][ ][ ] Compression: RLABBARALR Comment: Well, it saves you from one hit. And maybe from those NetBattling opponents who love to use Blinder at the beginning of a battle. ============================================================================== Name of Program: Shield Color: Green Description of Effects: Press B + <- to hold up a Shield that blocks enemy attacks. CANNOT be chained infinitely anymore. This NCP does NOT work when a Soul Unison is being used. Acquire: SciLab Area 2 BMD Usefulness: **** Shape: [ ] [ ] [#] Compression: ABARALRBBA Comment: Green? GREEN!? They've done it now. No more using Shield and Custom#'s together. Capcom hates us...... ============================================================================== Name of Program: Reflect Color: White Description of Effects: Press B + <- to hold up a relfective Shield that reflects enemy attacks for 100 damage. This NCP does NOT work when a Soul Unison is being used. Acquire: Undernet Area 3 NerMerchant Usefulness: **** Shape: [ ][ ] [#][ ][ ] [ ][ ][ ] Compression: LLRBLLAALB Comment: You see, this is EXACTLY what I meant when I said Capcom hates us and wants to screw us over and over and over...... It being white (therefore clashes with a crap load of other NCPs) and being the weird-ass shape. ============================================================================== Name of Program: Kawarimi Magic / AntiDmg Color: Red Description of Effects: Press B + <- to launch Kawarimi. If an attack hits you when the "????" is on the screen, you go poof and launch a shuriken on your enemy's square. It goes for the enemy, but if there are multiple enemies, it goes random. This NCP does NOT work when a Soul Unison is being used. Acquire: Trading. See the FAQs section. Usefulness: ***** Shape: [#] [ ][ ][ ] [ ][ ][ ] [ ] Compression: RBBARBRARB Comment: One of the loveliest NCPs out there. It rivals Reflect in many ways, but generally I like this NCP slightly over Reflect. ============================================================================== Name of Program: Float Shoes / FlotShoe Color: Blue Description of Effects: Rockman can ignore the negative effects from the Panels, including Poison Panels. Acquire: SciLab Area 3 BugMerchant Usefulness: ** Shape: [ ] [ ][ ] [ ][ ] [ ][#] Compression: ALLBRLAAAL Comment: Ok, whoever designed this NCP's shape was either drunk or high. The effect is ok, but the shape just completely obliterated the usefulness of this NCP. ============================================================================== Name of Program: Air Shoes (AirShoes) Color: Yellow Description of Effects: Rockman can walk over Broken Panels. Acquire: BugMerchant in Undernet Area 4 Usefulness: * Shape: [ ] [ ] [ ][ ][ ] [#] [ ] Compression: BLBABLBBAA Comment: Honestly, doesn't it make you wonder why they use such a weird and crappy shape for an NCP that doesn't even do that much? ============================================================================== Name of Program: Undershirt (UnderSht) Color: White Description of Effects: Prevents fatal hit launched on Rockman and save 1 HP for him. Essential part for the cheapest "Invincible Combo" known. Acquire: Received with the Navi Customizer itself Usefulness: **** Shape: [#] [ ] Compression: ARBBRLRALA Comment: Ahh, the good ol' Undershirt. People call it "UnderShot" or even "Under****" thanks to its US name, but that doesn't hinder its usefulness. Especially when it's theoretically only one block now. ============================================================================== Name of Program: Shinobi Dash (SneakRun) Color: Blue Description of Effects: Prevents encounters with weaker viruses. Acquire: Undernet Area 2 BugMerchant Usefulness: **** Shape: [#] [ ][ ] [ ][ ] Compression: RLLALLBABB Comment: You'll LOVE this NCP. Honestly, personally I find the encounter rate in this game VERY annoyingly high, and this NCP is just right there to cut down the number of battles. Too bad you can't get it sooner. ============================================================================== Name of Program: Oil Body / OilBody Color: Red Description of Effects: Attracts Fire-typed Enemies when wandering on the Net. Acquire: Factory Computer 2 BMD Usefulness: *** Shape: [#] [ ] [ ][ ][ ] Compression: LBRARLABLB Comment: One of the four Elemental NCPs. When properly installed, it sucks Fire viruses to you like oxygen to fire. If glitched, however, you drive them away like carbon dioxide to fire. Use it well, young lad...... ============================================================================== Name of Program: I'm Fish / Fish Color: Blue Description of Effects: Attracts Aqua-typed Enemies when wandering on the Net. Acquire: Undernet Area 3 NetMerchant Usefulness: *** Shape: [#] [ ] [ ][ ][ ] Compression: BABALRARAA Comment: One of the four Elemental NCPs. When properly installed, it sucks Aqua viruses to you like desert to water. If glitched, however, you drive them away like dumping water down a hill. Use it well, young lad...... ============================================================================== Name of Program: Battery Mode / Battery Color: Yellow Description of Effects: Attracts Elec-typed Enemies when wandering on the Net. Acquire: ??? (I can't translate this one...... Someone help?) Usefulness: *** Shape: [#] [ ] [ ][ ][ ] Compression: AABRABRLLR Comment: One of the four Elemental NCPs. When properly installed, it sucks Elec viruses to you like magnet to nails. If glitched, however, you drive them away like same poles on magnets facing each other. Use it well, young lad...... ============================================================================== Name of Program: Jungle Land / Jungle Color: Green Description of Effects: Attracts Wood-typed Enemies when wandering on the Net. Acquire: Undernet Area 3 NetMerchant Usefulness: *** Shape: [#] [ ] [ ][ ][ ] Compression: LRLABLBBLA Comment: One of the four Elemental NCPs. When properly installed, it sucks Wood viruses to you like water to plants. If glitched, however, you drive them away like monkey chased by a lawn mower. Use it well, young lad...... ============================================================================== Name of Program: Collector's Eye / Collect Color: Yellow Description of Effects: You will always get a Chip at the end of a normal Battle. Acquire: End Area 1 PMD Usefulness: *** Shape: [ ][ ][ ][ ] [ ][#][ ] Compression: BRALARBAAB Comment: It used to be pretty useful when you're collecting Chips for a good Folder. Its new, crappy shape just nullified part of its usefulness. ============================================================================== Name of Program: Millionare / ("Million"?) Color: Green Description of Effects: You will always get Zenny from GMDs. Acquire: SciLab Area 3 BugMerchant Usefulness: *** Shape: [ ][ ][ ] [ ] [#][ ][ ] Compression: BRALARBAAB Comment: Hey, now here's something to help those of us who are always a few Zennys too short to get some useful stuff...... ============================================================================== Name of Program: Humor Sense / Humor Color: Pink Description of Effects: When in the real world controlling Netto, pressing the L button will make Rockman tell a joke. Although, knowing Capcom, the jokes will be very, VERY lame...... Acquire: End Area 4, left side of upper area, Program-kun. Appears after the ninth day. Usefulness: Shape: [ ] [ ][#] Compression: ABLARABLRL Comment: You know, I really think Capcom just put the jokes that their staff share in for this NCP...... Then Capcom of America will further lame-en these jokes...... ============================================================================== Name of Program: Dandism Color: Blue Description of Effects: When in the real world controlling Netto, pressing the L button will change the dialogues with Rockman. (Manly-talk?) Acquire: Prize for clearing Quiz King's quiz Usefulness: Shape: [ ] [#] [ ][ ][ ] Compression: RRBBRBRBAA Comment: In all honesty, almost none of us have a clue as of what in the hell this NCP actually does. Although I'm expecting some very inappropriate jokes when it's in the states...... ============================================================================== Name of Program: Auto Running / AutoRun Color: Red Description of Effects: When installed, makes Rockman run even without pressing the B button. Acquire: SciLab Area 3 BugMerchant Usefulness: * Shape: [ ] Compression: (None) Comment: Oh yeah, this is for those lazy-asses who doesn't want to hold the B button all the time when exploring the Net. Or you can just, like, grab some chips or a pop when you move Rock around on the Net...... But then you'll need your right hand for battles anyway...... Actually, I take that back. Results from the research by the Board members has shown that Auto Running actually lowers your encounter rate. You see, you move faster from place to place when holding the B button to run, but it's also makes you encounter viruses more frequently. With Auth Running installed, it's as if you're running around with the encounter rate of WALKING since you don't hold the B button, which is like a trigger that increases encounter rate when held down. ============================================================================== Name of Program: Self-Recovery / ("Recover"?) Color: Pink Description of Effects: Recovers 10% of Rockman's HP at the end of a battle. Acquire: Oran Island Area 3 Usefulness: ** Shape: [ ] [ ] [ ] [ ] [#] Compression: RLRLRBBRAB Comment: Now this will prove to be useful for those people who can't dodge in battles. Of course, the higher your Rockman's MAX HP is, the more you get recovered. So if you just go and install this NCP when you only have a max of 200 HP, don't expect too much...... ============================================================================== Name of Program: Rush Support / Rush Color: Yellow Description of Effects: NetBattle only. Paralyzes the opponent if opponent uses Invisible. Works only once per battle. Acquire: NumberMan Slot Machine #09609807 Usefulness: **** Shape: [#][ ] [ ] Compression: RBLRBRLLRL Comment: Something to piss your opponent off to no tomorrow. When he wants to pull a defense, you end up paralyzing him for you to slaughter. Don't you love it? ============================================================================== Name of Program: Beat Support / Beat Color: Blue Description of Effects: NetBattle only. Steals Opponent's Mega- and Giga-Class Chips and use them yourself. Works only once per battle. Acquire: NumberMan Slot Machine #79877132 Usefulness: *** Shape: [*] [ ] [ ] [ ] Compression: ABBRAABRBR Comment: Imagine having your Forte/Another or FullCust Chip stolen when you need them to save you in a pinch. I don't know about you but I would really hate it. ============================================================================== Name of Program: Tango Support / Tango Color: Green Description of Effects: NetBattle only. Automatically activates Recov300 and Barrier100 when in Near-Death Status (means when the HP goes into a darker color and warning tones start to sound). Acquire: NumberMan Slot Machine #54288793 Usefulness: **** Shape: [ ] [ ][ ] [#][ ][ ] [ ] Compression: LBLABLABAL Comment: I HATE this one when it's used against me. Especially when you've used most of your Chips in a NetBattle. Imagine having to Buster off 400 HP from your opponent, ooh dear. ============================================================================== Name of Program: Mega Virus Color: ??? Description of Effects: Increases Virus level by 1. Acquire: ??? Usefulness: ***** Shape: [ ] [ ][ ] [ ][ ] [ ] Compression: ??? Comment: You know how you never actually get to fight V2 or V3 Viruses before you get to the main sidequest, which is the NebulaHole Area? Install this NCP and you'll get to fight V2 Viruses, as if you have opened ONE NebulaHole. I believe this NCP stacks with the NebulaHoles, but not with GigaVirus NCP. Not like it can anyway, since the highest level of Virus you can encounter is V3. According to ChauSara, this NCP has an in-game description displayed identical to its name, which leads him (and me) to the hypothesis that this is NOT a legitimate NCP. ============================================================================== Name of Program: Giga Virus Color: ??? Description of Effects: Increases Virus level by 2. Acquire: ??? Usefulness: ***** Shape: [ ] [ ][ ] [ ][ ] [ ] Compression: ??? Comment: This Program is just an advanced version of MegaVirus NCP. This NCP allows you to fight V3 Viruses, as if you have opened two NebulaHoles. ============================================================================== Name of Program: Bug Stopper / BugStop Color: White Description of Effects: Removes the Bugs caused by violating the Rules of Navi Customizer. (Cannot remove the Bugs caused by Dark Chips) Acquire: Undernet Area 3 NetMerchant Usefulness: **** Shape: [#][ ][ ] Compression: BABLABRLRB Comment: Useful stuff. While it gained one more block, it's still helpful in many ways, especially when it cannot be bugged itself. ============================================================================== Name of Program: Buster Pack / BustPack Color: Blue Description of Effects: Buster Attack/Rapid/Charge +3 Acquire: NumberMan Slot Machine #80246758 Usefulness: ** Shape: [ ][#][ ] [ ][ ][ ] [ ][ ][ ] Compression: LLRARLBLAR Comment: Ok, now that Buster stats actually affect the Soul's Buster attacks, this NCP could be helpful. However, it still takes way too much space in the Navi Customizer. ============================================================================== Name of Program: Body Pack / BodyPack Color: Blue Description of Effects: Contains the effects of the following Programs: - Super Armor - Undershirt - Air Shoes - Float Shoes Acquire: NumberMan Slot Machine #30112002 Usefulness: * Shape: [#] [ ][ ][ ] [ ][ ][ ][ ] [ ][ ][ ] [ ][ ][ ] Compression: BARABRLRRA Comment: Yeah, the effects are ok, but consider the massive shape. It's just not worth it. ============================================================================== Name of Program: Saito.BAT (HubBatc) Color: White Description of Effects: Contains the effects of the following Programs: - Super Armor - Shield - Custom 1 - Mega-Folder 1 - First Barrier - Air Shoes - Float Shoes - Under Shirt Acquire: ???? Glitch: Half HP Usefulness: *** (Due to the fact that it can no longer be used with Bug Stopper) Shape: [ ] [ ][ ][ ] [ ][ ][ ][ ][ ] [ ][ ][ ] [ ] Compression: (None. There IS a Code but doesn't change the shape.) Comment: It's Saito.BAT. The Program created from the Saito.BAT Netto applied on Rock in EXE1 to revive him from MagicMan's last hit. It's supposed to strengthen Rock by a WHOLE LOT, but now it's MASSIVE and can't do too much good since you can't support with other NCPs. ============================================================================== Name of Program: Soul Cleaner Color: White Description of Effects: Quickens the rate that Rockman gets "bright" after going black. Acquire: Trading. Look at the FAQs section. Usefulness: ** Shape: [ ] [ ] [ ][ ][ ][ ][ ] [ ] [ ] Compression: (None) Comment: If you've embraced the darkness and wants to return to the "la-i-to" (Light/Right) (*) side, this is the NCP for you. Apparently, when you've gone dark enough, you just don't get ANY Karma back. (For descriptions about Karma system, check H0tsh0tZ1627's Reknowned Folder FAQ) With this NCP installed, it helps you get them back MUCH faster. (*): In Japanese, Light (as in Dr. Light) is spelled as "la-i-to," and since the "la" can be translated into either La or Ra in English, there was an argument back in the Original series' era about whether it's Dr. Light or Dr. Right. I'm just using it as a lame pun, and I'm about to hide under my bed from the--- *gets killed* ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ b. Textured Navi Customizer Programs (^b) The textured Navi Customizer Programs enhance Rockman's powers directly by enhancing his Buster and his HP, or other attributes. They serve as PowerUPs and sometimes extra HPmemorys. They're also called "Upgrade Programs". Note that, with the exception of AttackMAX, RapidMAX and ChargeMAX, NONE of these NCP can be compressed. ============================================================================== Name of Program: Attack +1 Color: Pink/Yellow/White Description of Effects: Increases RockBuster's Attack Power by 1. Capcom decided to shut them up with this Program. You can install 4 (steal one from your friend) to give you SEVEN turns with a Soul. I don't know why you'd want that much time with a Soul, but if you have strategy, go ahead and abuse this NCP. ============================================================================== Name of Program: Attack MAX / AtkMAX Color: Yellow Description of Effects: Increases RockBuster's Attack Power to 5. Glitches and Solutions (^4) Well, for a convenient system like this, glitches are definitely inevitable. If you happen to place the Programs wrong, glitches will occur and usually they're bad news. It's more fun than EXE3's BugStyle but more annoying at times. Use at your own risk. (*) The rate of HP Depletion is: 1x: 1.9 HP/s 2x: 3.8 HP/s 3x: 7.5 HP/s Also the depletion doesn't begin until you're hit with an enemy attack. It's like you start bleeding after you get hit.<_< After you select "Run!" in the Navi Customizer, Netto/Lan will ask a question and you'll see Rockman.EXE's answer. If Rockman's reply is rather hesitant, check your configurations immediately because that means Rockman.EXE's Programs are glitched! Another way of finding out whether Rockman.EXE is glitched up or not is to carefully watch the Rockman.EXE in his Status Screen. If he looks peculiarly shaped and there are some little horizontal lines flashing on his body, that means he is glitched up. (NOTE: In the EU (and most likely the US) version of the game, Crapcom REMOVED EVERY warning about the glitches. No flashy sprite, no warning. Go Crapcom.) To fix the glitches, check if your Programs match any of the following items: - An Ability Program is NOT touching the Command Line. - A PowerUP Program IS touching the Command Line. - Two Programs with the same color are touching each other. - More than 4 Colors are displayed on the top of the Navi Customizer If you answer YES to any one of the items above, fix your Programs so you will not answer YES to any of the items above. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ 5. Program Modifiers (^5) What are these Program Modifiers, you ask? Do you ever feel that the Programs are in such stupid shapes and geometries that you can't make them JUST right? Well, here we go the Program Modifier that allows you to spin the Program with corresponding colots around with L and R button in the Navi Customizer screen! These are special Key Items that are found all over the places you would travel in the world of MMBN4. Below is a list of the Key Items and how to acquire them: Spin Pink: Computer in new Secret Base (aka storage room in Higureya). Go in there, hug the topright wall, and go soundeast. Mash R to find it. Spin Red: NumberMan Lotto Machine #30356451 Spin Yellow: End Area 4 BMD Spin Green: NumberMan Lotto Machine #78987728 Spin Blue: NumberMan Lotto Machine #12541883 Spin White: Ferry Computer Area 1 BMD ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ 6. FAQs (^6) Q: What's a Command Line? A: The Command Line is the line of spaces in your Navi Customizer that has two rows of black line in it. To the right of it is an arrow. When you choose "Run!", there's a beam of light flowing through this line. This line is usually the first reason that people glitch up their Rockman.EXE. Q: How do you extend your Navi Customizer's Area? A: There are only two Extenders you can find in this game. The first one is found in Ferry Computer Area 4 BMD (3 in the US version since Crapcom thinks it's funny to remove an area because it's "too hard" for the US/EU players), while the other is in Undernet Area 3 PMD. Q: What would happen if I put two NCPs with similar functions (i.e.: Shield/Reflect) in the Navi Customizer without Glitching them? A: The one on the RIGHT side will take effect. In other words, when you choose to "RUN!", the second Program that the Command line reads through will take effect. This applies to the defensive NCPs (Shield, Reflect, KawarimiMagic), Elemental NCPs (OilBody, I'mFish, BatteryMode, JungleLand), Speaking NCPs (HumorSense, Dandyism) and Support NCPs (RushSupport, TangoSupport, BeatSupport). Q: What's the trading sequence for KawarimiMagic? A: Trade Kawarimi F for the NCP in Kabuto (Helm) Computer in End City. Q: How do I get Kawarimi F? A: You need to open both NebulaHoles, then the GMDs in End Area 5 will randomly contain this Chip. Q: How do I get Soul Cleaner? A: Trade JusticeOne J for the NCP in the new Secret Base of your team's. The computer is hidden behind the pile of crates, in a semi-secret path. Q: I can't find [Insert Program Name here]/in this Guide. A: It'll be added in later version of this Guide. Q: I have questions/suggestions/flames/compliments, etc.. A: Send them to my E-mail. It could be found in the Contact Me Section. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ 7.
