Credits 001-General Information --------------------------------------------------------- This is a walkthrough for the game called Cherry Tree High Comedy Club. It's a dating-sim style game, in which your goal is to get various people to like your character, Miley. If you want to contact me, you can use my email address, ilovecartoonssomuch@yahoo.com. 002-Game Overview --------------------------------------------------------- In this game, your goal is to get at least three people (and hopefully, all six people) to join your comedy club. Talking to someone gets them to like you more. If you are knowledgeable about the subject, they will like you more. Also, if they happen to like that particular subject, they will like you more. Once a person likes you enough, their friendship level will increase. A cutscene will play, which indicates the new, higher friendship level. Increasing Your Repertoire -------------------------- Miley's repertoire, which you can see on the repertoire screen, is basically a list of how much she knows about the various conversation topics. These topics are: Videogames Whodunnits Music Art History Politics Romance Fashion Sports Travel Pets Cooking You can increase your repertoire by reading magazines and books (from the school library or a store), seeing a movie about a particular topic or by watching TV. Level five is the maximum knowledge level you can reach for any particular topic. The statistics of the people Miley wants to get into her club look like this: Two people like videogames. Two people like whodunnits. One person likes music, and one person really likes music. One person likes art. One person likes history and one person really likes history. One person really likes politics. One person likes romance and one person really likes romance. One person really likes fashion. One person likes sports. One person likes travel. One person likes pets and one person really likes pets. One person really likes cooking. So you might want to focus on music, history, politics, romance, fashion, pets and cooking, seeing as they are most popular. If you reach the end of the game, then start a new game, your repertoire statistics will carry over onto the new game. Getting Money ------------- You can go to the shrine during afternoons. Talk to Elise, and she will pay you to clean the area. You can also get money making necklaces at night. Once you unlock the second friendship level with Vivian, you can work at the port garden. You can also get money by collecting enough cans around town, then giving them to Dina. Doing Homework -------------- You can do homework at Miley's desk (at night), or you can do homework at the school library during the day. There's a homework meter at the bottom of the screen, to let you know how much homework you have left to do.
