II. Overview of FAQ This guide will help you learn the various armaments that the Commandos can utilize in their operations in Asia, Europe and in the Pacific. By reading this guide, it'll help you determine what type of weapon should you use in case that there are situations that will require you to shoot your enemies in certain levels. III. Overview of Weapons The armaments that you will find in the game are mostly from the days of World War II, meaning that you can't find modern weapons like a Galil or a G3 rifle. You can usually find these weapons and their ammunition from tied-up soldiers, cupboards, rifle racks, lockers and in other places where armaments can be kept in or hidden in. Use these to your advantage, as some or all of these can help you either complete certain missions or all missions. IV. Lethal Weapons Knife: Hot Key (Default): A # of weapon type: 1 Range: Medium Description: A hand-held combat weapon. There are unlimited knives that you can find in various levels. But, there are two people who can use them. You can either stab at enemies or simply toss the knives at your enemies. Tiny and Fins are the ones who are excellent knife users. Don't use this bloody weapon too often. Otherwise, you can invite some unwanted attention and trouble. Used by: Tiny and Fins Type: Fairbairn-Sykes Combat Knife Origin: Britain Limited: No Capacity: Unlimited In service: 1940-present Harpoon Gun: Hot Key (Default): L # of weapon type: 1 Range: Short Description: A silent but deadly underwater weapon. This is meant to impale out small fish and other maritime animals. Used by: Fins Type: M1922 Origin: Unknown Limited ammo: No Capacity: Unlimited In service: Unknown Mantrap: Hot Key (Default): P # of weapon type: 1 Range: None Description: Looks like a bear trap, except that this one can kill people. Used by: Tread Type: Mantrap Origin: Unknown Limited: No Capacity: Unlimited In service: Unknown Syringe: Hot Key (Default): A # of weapon type: 1 Range: None Description: Another hand-held weapon. This isn't a combat weapon, but it's a perfect weapon for covert missions. But, this can also turn to a deadly weapon. One dosage will stun the enemy. Another one will knock out the enemy and the third one will kill the enemy. A useful weapon for Spooky since he can't use his fists for silent combat. Used by: Spooky Type: Syringe Origin: Unknown Limited ammo: Yes Capacity: 10 shots In service: Unknown Pistol: Hot Key (Default): G # of weapon type: 3 Range: Short Description: Sidearm of your Commandos. Used by: All, except Lips and Spooky Smoke Bomb Hot Key (Default): K # of weapon type: 1 Range: Long Description: This handy device helps you sneak around enemy-occupied territory. When used, it releases a black cloud of smoke that will hinder the enemy's ability to see your own men. You can also use this to confuse the enemy or to hide your men behind certain locations. Used by: Tread Type: Trip Wire Origin: Unknown Limited ammo: No Capacity: Unlimited In service: Unknown Wine Bottle Hot Key (Default): P # of weapon type: 1 Range: None Description: A handy weapon for Lips, since she can't use her fists to knock out cold enemy personnel. She'll swing the wine bottle on the heads of enemy soldiers. But just like the fists of your own men, they'll be in comatose for a short period of time. Used by: Lips VI.
