He will give you the Sniper Rifle and show you how to use it. Get in a car and drive to the Docks with 8-Ball. Stop in the blue marker. 8-Ball will get out and hide behind some crates. You should climb up the nearby stairs to have a good vantage point with your Sniper Rifle. Aim at the ramp, where you`ll see two of the Cartel. Quickly shoot them both, then 8-Ball will go for the boat. Stay ahead of 8-Ball and shoot as many of the Cartel as you can before he gets spotted. Move your aim to the right and keep the crosshairs focused on the next group of Cartel. Once they have noticed 8-Ball, shoot them, going from left to right. Then 8-Ball will run to the right. There will be a Cartel in the back, on top of a crate. Carefully shoot him before he damages 8-Ball. If there are any Cartel left, shoot them. 8-Ball will get in the boat and set the bomb. Wait for him, then you`ll see a cut-scene where 8-Ball rushes out of the boat as it starts to explode. Finally, you have passed this mission! Note: Before you do the last mission, if you want to complete any optional missions, find hidden packages, or do anything else while the Mafia is still backing you, now is your last chance. Doing El Burro`s and Marty`s missions with the Mafia constantly blowing up your car is a real pain in the ass and will probably result in you throwing your PS2 out the window. You have been warned! Last Requests Difficulty: Easy Weapons Needed: None Money Awarded: $20,000 Salvatore will tell you there is a car with a stiff parked in the Red Light District. Start going toward the pink dot. When you are nearly there, you will get a page from Maria telling you that it is a trap, and if you get in the car it will explode. Follow the pink dot and meet Maria on the beach. She will tell you Salvatore tried to kill you because she told him you two were an item. Her friend Asuka will be there with her, and she will take you to Staunton. Note: The bridge between Portland and Staunton is now fixed. Portland is now very dangerous for you, because both the Mafia and the Triads hate you, and since their territory covers about half the island, it is hard to drive around without worrying about your car being blown up. If you have to come here, stay clear of the eastern Red Light District, Saint Mark`s, and Chinatown. By El Burro Turismo Difficulty: Very Hard Weapons Needed: None Money Awarded: $10,000 In this mission, you will have to race three other Cheetahs. You will need a fast car. I recommend: Banshee, Mafia Sentinel, or Police Car. If you managed to steal the Cheetah you saw in `Chaperone,` use that. Once you get your car into the blue marker, the countdown to the beginning of the race will begin. Once it starts, follow the pink dots on your radar to the checkpoints. You will eventually come back to the starting point. The Cheetahs are extremely fast and drive like maniacs. Don`t worry if you fail on your first or second try. Once you get used to the track, you won`t even have to look at the radar, plus you might discover some shortcuts. Since the Cheetahs will constantly flip over, they won`t stand a chance if you are careful and know the race track. I Scream, You Scream Difficulty: Moderate Weapons Needed: None Money Awarded: $6,000 First, go to the Borgnine Taxi building in Harwood by following your radar. Go inside and pick up the briefcase with the blue marker over it. Next, go and find the Mr. Whoopee Ice Cream Truck driving around. Usually it is in St. Mark`s. Once you have stolen it, go to the Atlantic Quays and stop the car in the blue marker. Press L3 and the ice cream truck song will start playing. The men you see will start walking toward the van. Get out and get a safe distance away from it. Once they are close enough, press 0 to activate the bomb and pass the mission. Trial By Fire Difficulty: Moderate-Hard Weapons Needed: Flamethrower Money Awarded: $10,000 Go and find the flamethrower in Chinatown. This mission is very similar to the Rampage missions you have done. You must kill 25 Triads in 2 minutes and 30 seconds. There are several Triads at the basketball courts. Kill the ones already there, and then run around the court until they magically reappear again. Keep killing them and repeating the process until you kill all 25. Big`N`Veiny Difficulty: Hard Weapons Needed: None Money Awarded: $20,000 Get in the Rumpo with the marker over it. You will see a trail of porn mags on the road. Follow the trail. You start with 25 seconds. For each mag you collect, you will get 1 second added to your time. Reach the Portland docks in time and kill the guy on SPANK. Then take the Rumpo back to El Burro`s `XXXMag` building in the Red Light District. Park the Rumpo in the blue marker. By Marty Chonks Note: You have to do Marty Chonk`s missions between 9:00 and 22:00 at the payphone near the Bitch`N`Dog Food Factory in Trenton. The Crook Difficulty: Very Easy Weapons Needed: None Money Awarded: $1000 Follow the radar and find the Perennial with the marker over it. Follow the green dot on your radar until you see the person with a marker over him in Chinatown. Pick him up and take him back to the factory where Marty will kill him. Now take the Perennial to the crusher on Harwood. Make sure it doesn`t flip over or you will fail. The Thieves Difficulty: Very Easy Weapons Needed: None Money Awarded: $3000 Get in the Sentinel with the marker and go to Chinatown marked with a green dot on your radar. The two guys will get in. Take them back to the factory where Marty will kill them. Now go to the Pay`N`Spray in the Red Light District and have the car resprayed. Then take it back to the factory and park it in the marker. The Wife Difficulty: Very Easy Weapons Needed: None Money Awarded: $2000 Get in the Esperanto and go pick up the wife in St. Mark`s. Take her back to the factory where Marty will kill her. You now need to dump the car in the ocean. Dump it at the dock in the Red Light District, close to your hideout and train station. Her Lover Difficulty: Very Easy Weapons Needed: None Money Awarded: $4000 Get in the Stallion and pick up the boyfriend of Marty`s wife. Take him back to the factory. Marty will try to kill him, but his plan will backfire and the boyfriend will kill him instead. Staunton Island Missions By Asuka Sayonara Salvatore Difficulty: Moderate Weapons Needed: Rocket Launcher Money Awarded: $25,000 In this mission, you have to kill Salvatore before he reaches his mansion. Go to Salvatore`s Mansion and wait there in a car. Once you see the Mafia Sentinel he is in turn onto the road toward his mansion, equip the rocket launcher. Get out of the car and destroy it. It will have a marker over it. You can now receive missions from King Courtney. Under Surveillance Difficulty: Easy-Moderate Weapons Needed: Rocket Launcher, Sniper Rifle Money Awarded: $15,000 You will have 6 minutes and 30 seconds to take out three groups of Mafia spies. You can go to the dots in any order. Two groups are in or around a van. Destroy the van to kill them all. The third group is in a tall building close to Kenji`s Casino. Use the sniper rifle, aim at the balcony, and take them out. You can also use the rocket launcher if you don`t have a good aim of them since it has a large blast radius. Paparazzi Purge Difficulty: Moderate-Hard Weapons Needed: Uzi Money Awarded: $10,000 Go to the docks and get into the Predator. Use 0 to fire its guns. You will need to hunt down the reporter in the boat. Keep the Predator lined up to him and constantly hold down 0 to fire its guns. If it curves around a rock or buoy, go straight to catch up to it. Eventually he will go back to the dock and get out of the boat and try to run away. Try to run the Predator up on the dock and squish him. If not, use the Uzi and take aim and kill him. Payday for Ray Difficulty: Hard-Very Hard Weapons Needed: None Money Awarded: $11,000 You`ll have 3 minutes 30 seconds to travel to 4 different payphones in the city. My best advice to you is, have an Infernus or Cheetah ready as soon as you leave Asuka`s. Drive carefully and try not to flip the car over or crash it. You may have to try it out a few times before you pass. You can now receive missions from Ray. Two-Faced Tanner Difficulty: Moderate-Hard Weapons Needed: None Money Awarded: $20,000 Use the Rhino tank cheat (0,0,0,0,0,0,R1,L2,L1,T,0,T) and follow the blue blip to Kenji`s Casino. Stop in the blue marker and wait for the undercover cop to leave. Then all you have to do is run into his car and you get no trouble. If you want to do it the hard way, you`ll have to ram and drive-by him until his health runs out. Not to mention you`ll have cop cars and SWAT vans after you to make things harder. Don`t bother using the cheat because once you ram him again you`ll just get your wanted level back. By Kenji Kanbu Bust-Out Difficulty: Moderate Weapons Needed: None Money Awarded: $30,000 You`ll have to jack a cop car first. Just start killing people, then when one comes, jack it and use the wanted level cheat to get rid of any unwanted attention. Take the car to 8-Ball`s behind the multistory in Newport and rig it. Follow the blip to Police HQ and park the car in the blue marker. Activate the bomb and run away. It`ll blow out the wall and Kanbu will come out. Jack the SWAT van or cop car there, then use the wanted level cheat. Take Kanbu to the Dojo to pass the mission. Grand Theft Auto Difficulty: Moderate Weapons Needed: None Money Awarded: $25,000 You have to steal 3 exotic sports cars scattered around the city and deliver it to a garage right next to 8-Ball`s. The Stinger is closest to you in a parking lot, so get that one first. Then get the Cheetah and Infernus later. If you dent the car, the Pay`N`Spray is right there next to the garage so you can go into there before continuing. This mission may take you a few tries but won`t be too hard. Deal Steal Difficulty: Moderate Weapons Needed: Uzi Money Awarded: $25,000 Like Kenji said, first you need a Yardie Lobo. Drive North of his casino and you`ll see plenty; they look like Idahos but are painted burgundy. Steal one of those, then go pick up your contact. Don`t run him over. Drive to the hospital where the deal is supposed to go on and stop in the blue marker. Once you get out, you`ll start getting shot. Take out your Uzi and kill the Colombians. Don`t worry about your contact dieing. After you`re through, pick up the briefcase and drive it back to Kenji`s. Shima Difficulty: Easy Weapons Needed: Uzi Money Awarded: $10,000 First, go and collect the two briefcases with the protection money. When you get the second one, there`ll be a guy there who will start shooting you, so just kill him. When you go to get the money from the third guy, he`ll say some young guy robbed the place. Now you have to kill a group of Diablos back in Chinatown. Drive back to Portland and follow the marker to the parking lot in Chinatown. Pull out your Uzi and kill them all. Then take the protection money back to the casino. Smack Down Difficulty: Hard Weapons Needed: None Money Awarded: $10,000 + $1,000 for every Yardie killed over 8. You`ll have to run over at least 8 Yardies selling SPANK on the streets. You`ll need a fast car, because pretty soon they`ll start leaving the streets and you`ll have less of a chance to kill at least 8. Simply follow the blips closest to you and run over the dealer. You must do this to at least 8. You`ll receive a $1,000 bonus for every Yardie you kill after you`ve killed 8. By Ray Silence the Sneaker Difficulty: Easy-Moderate Weapons Needed: Rocket Launcher Money Awarded: $30,000 Go find the apartment building McAffery is staying in, which is behind the multistory parking in Newport. Get out of your car and aim the rocket launcher at the window with the lights on. Shoot in a rocket and you`ll set it on fire. McAffery will drive the car out of the garage and try to escape. Aim at his car and blow it up to pass. Arms Shortage Difficulty: Hard Weapons Needed: Rocket Launcher, Shotgun, Uzi Money Awarded: $10,000 Ray should have already supplied you weapons, but you should use the weapon cheat anyway. Make sure you have full health and armor. Head over to Phil`s Army Surplus by following the blip on the radar. You have to defend his store from Cartel attack. He`ll offer you some weapons. They will start showing up soon. Try to blow as many of the Cruisers up with your rocket launcher. If any Cartel get out, use your shotgun or Uzi to take care of them. You will see some Cartels coming down the alley. Take them out with your Uzi. There should be a few more men, so kill them and blow up the rest of the cars. Go to check on Phil, he will offer you to buy some weapons and you will pass the mission. You will notice a Barracks OL, you can park this in your garage, this is bulletproof. You can now buy the M16, Shotgun, and Rocket Launcher from Phil. Evidence Dash Difficulty: Moderate Weapons Needed: Uzi Money Awarded: $10,000 Get a fairly fast and durable car. I prefer a Kuruma or Taxi. You will have to ram a Securicar with evidence that Ray would rather not have revealed. Every time you ram it, a piece of evidence will fall out. You must run over it with your car to collect it. You will also start accumulating wanted stars, so use the cop cheat. After you collect all 6 pieces of evidence, you must destroy the Securicar. The easiest way to do this is to do a drive by with your Uzi. After the car is destroyed, you will pass the mission. You can now receive missions from Donald Love. Gone Fishing Difficulty: Moderate-Hard Weapons Needed: Uzi Money Awarded: $15,000 First, you need to get in a police boat (Predator) because it has guns on it. You can find one at the docks at Asuka`s. Once you`re in it, follow the blip to the other boat. You`ll see the guy in it and this is the dude Ray wants dead. Start shooting him with the turrets. If you get the chance, drive by him with your Uzi. Be careful, because he will throw grenades at you. If you are hit, use the health cheat quickly. You should finish him in no time. Plaster Blaster Difficulty: Easy Weapons Needed: Grenades/Rocket Launcher Money Awarded: $10,000 Find the Ambulance driving around and ram it with your car until the body cast falls out. It seems the guy you killed in the last mission didn`t quite die. You have a certain amount of time to finish doing this, so don`t fool around. Use the cop cheat if you get a wanted level. The body cast is bullet-proof, so you can either shoot it with the Rocket Launcher or Grenades or run over it with your car until he dies. Marked Man Difficulty: Moderate-Hard Weapons Needed: None Money Awarded: $20,000 The CIA has found out about Ray`s operations, so you have to get him to the airport. You have 3 minutes. If you have a BP Barracks OL or Cheetah, you can cross the bridge because the CIA`s M16 won`t do anything if your car is BP. If not, you`ll have to use the porter tunnel in Rockford. Go down the tunnel, then turn left once you get to the intersection. Keep going until you see another road going left. Turn down that road and go out of the right tunnel in the fork up ahead. Turn left, onto the grass, and drive through it toward the blip on the radar. You`ll see a narrow way out in the short concrete wall. Go through it and into the blue marker. Once Ray goes into the airport, follow the blip back to Staunton where you`ll find a garage with Ray`s stash: Money, several weapons including the M16 and Shotgun, and a BP Patriot. Take the Patriot back to your garage; it`ll be useful in future missions. By Donald Love Liberator Difficulty: Moderate Weapons Needed: Uzi/AK-47 Money Awarded: $40,000 The Cartel are holding an Oriental Gentleman hostage, and Donald wants you to set him free. First, you need to find a Cartel Cruiser. The best place to find one would be in Fort Staunton or the construction site. Once you find one, follow the blip to the Cartel`s hideout. Get out and use your Uzi or AK and kill the Cartel. The Oriental gentleman is in one of the garages. There`ll also be a Cartel in each one, so as you walk up to them, be careful not to kill the Oriental Gentleman. Once you kill the Cartel, drive back to the Love Media Building and drop off the gentleman. Waka-Gashira Wipeout Difficulty: Hard Weapons Needed: None Money Awarded: $30,000 Make sure you`ve finished all your missions for Kenji before you do this one. First, you need to steal a Cartel Cruiser. There is usually one in the construction yard. Follow the dot on your radar to the multi-story parking lot in Newport. Keep the car in good shape. Once you get to the top levels, the Yakuza will start to shoot you. Don`t get out of the car. Kenji is protected by his henchmen and the cars. Drive through the cars and run over or drive-by Kenji. Once you`ve done that, drive down the ramp as quickly as you can. If your car sets on fire use the health cheat. Leave the area and if the cops are on you use the cheat. Dump the car in the ocean or blow it up to pass the mission. A Drop In The Ocean Difficulty: Moderate-Hard Weapons Needed: None Money Awarded: $10,000 You`ll have two minutes before the plane starts to dump the packages into the ocean. Get a boat and get to a spot in the water close to the plane. Once the timer runs out, the plane starts to drop the packages. It will drop a total of 6 packages. Follow the blip and when the plane drops a package, run over it to get it. You will start to acquire a wanted level as you collect the packages. If the cops start to annoy you, use the cheat. Don`t let the police Predators get the packages before you, so make sure to collect them in order. Once you`ve gotten them all, go back to the Love Media Building and drop them off. Grand Theft Aero Difficulty: Hard Weapons Needed: Uzi/AK-47/Shotgun/Sniper Rifle Money Awarded: $50,000 You`ll need to get a few of the above listed weapons. You can use the cheat or go to Phil`s place and buy some. If you still have the BP Patriot that you got from Ray or any BP car, it will help. Get in the car and drive to Francis International Airport. You`ll find the road that leads to the back of the airport, so follow that road and go to the blip. Drive into the hangar and there`ll be a Dodo there along with some heavily armed Cartel. If your car is BP, do drive-bys and run over them until they`re all dead. If it isn`t, get out of the car and shoot them with any automatic weapon or the shotgun. If you prefer, you can back away and snipe them. Watch your health and armor carefully. Once they`re all dead, get inside the Dodo. You`ll discover that the package you`re looking for isn`t there. Get out and walk up to the Pan Lantic van. The game will tell you about the Pan Lantic construction site in Fort Staunton. Don`t try to fly the Dodo over there unless you are experienced. It`s much safer to use your car. Now, in this part of the mission it really helps to have a BP car. Once you arrive at the construction site, follow the blip to the elevator inside the construction site. If you have a BP car, doing drive-bys will be simple. If not, your car would blow up in seconds, so don`t try it. Instead, try finding a good spot and snipe as many of the Cartel as you can. You need to be up high since you`re sniping over a wall. Anyways, kill all the Cartel and get to the elevator in the middle of the construction zone. Walk into the pink marker and you`ll meet Catalina and her friend Miguel at the top. Miguel has a briefcase. After an uneasy conversation, Catalina shoots Miguel and jumps from the top. Miguel is still alive and Asuka shows up. She blames Miguel for her brother`s death, but of course, you did it. She starts whipping Miguel and you take the briefcase. Once you`re at the bottom, there`ll be Yakuza men everywhere. They won`t shoot you provided you don`t shoot them. If you need to, take one of their Yakuza Stingers. Drive back to the Love Media Building and drop off the briefcase and finally pass the mission! Escort Services Difficulty: Moderate-Hard Weapons Needed: Uzi Money Awarded: $40,000 Your mission objective is to protect a Securicar making its way to Pike Creek on Shoreside Vale. I recommend using a fairly fast and durable car, such as a Police Car, Kuruma or Sentinel. The Securicar has a health meter, and once it fills totally it will explode. The attacks will be mainly coming from Cartel Cruisers. When they start to attack the Securicar, drive-by them until they drive away or explode. Your priority is to protect the Securicar. Once it makes it to the garage in Pike Creek, you`ll pass the mission. Decoy Difficulty: Hard Weapons Needed: Uzi Money Awarded: $35,000 Use the Securicar you protected earlier to lure the cops away so the Oriental Gentleman can escape. As soon as you`re inside, you`ll get 6 stars. This means, the cops and SWAT team are suicidal, and you may come across Rhino tanks and Barrack OLs. There is also a damage meter; don`t let it fill up. You`ll have to survive three minutes in the Securicar to pass the mission. The best thing for you to do is to get to a spot where you can`t get busted or die. A dead-end alley or road would be good; this way you can simply drive-by them as they come. Also, you won`t be bothered by tanks. If you manage to make it to one of your garages, stay in there with the Securicar and you won`t be bothered at all; just make sure you have a spot empty so you can do this. Once the three minutes are up you`ll pass the mission. Love`s Disappearance Difficulty: Very Easy Weapons Needed: None Money Awarded: $0 Once you walk into the marker, a cutscene starts and you`ll notice Donald Love is gone and he`s taken the package with him. Once the cutscene is over, you`ll pass. By King Courtney Bling-Bling Scramble Difficulty: Moderate Weapons Needed: Rocket Launcher Money Awarded: $7,000 + $1,000 for every checkpoint over 7 Get in a fast car and get to the blue marker, but make sure to face the way you came for the race. Once the race starts, you should easily be able to speed in front of the other cars. Once you`re a good distance in front of them, pull out your Rocket Launcher and wait for them to come. Blow them up and you`ll have no trouble collecting the rest of the checkpoints. You don`t need to do this, however; if you can collect at least seven of the checkpoints, you`ll pass the mission. Uzi Rider Difficulty: Easy-Moderate Weapons Needed: Uzi Money Awarded: $10,000 You start off the mission in a Perennial as well as an Uzi with infinite ammo. Go to Portland and drive-by 10 of the Diablos (they will be blips on the radar). Then take the car along with the Yardies inside back to Staunton to pass the mission. Gang Car Round-Up Difficulty: Easy-Moderate Weapons Needed: Uzi (just in case) Money Awarded: $10,000 King Courtney needs you to collect three gang cars for him: a Mafia Sentinel, a Diablo Stallion, and a Yakuza Stinger. You must deliver them to his garage on the radar, but make sure not to bang them up too much. The easiest place to find a Mafia Sentinel is Salvatore`s Mansion in St. Mark`s. Be careful; the Mafia have shotguns that can blow your car in 2 shots. Once you steal it, turn left and go around St. Mark`s instead of straight through it. Next, you need to find a Diablo Stallion. This can be found parked or driving around in the Hepburn Heights. No need to worry about the Diablos. Last, you need to find a Yakuza Stinger. You can find one in Torrington, at Kenji`s casino, or at Asuka`s place. Once you`ve delivered all the cars, you`ll pass the mission. Kingdom Come Difficulty: Hard Weapons Needed: None Money Awarded: $10,000 Before the mission begins, use the tank cheat (0,0,0,0,0,0,R1,L2,L1,T,0,T) and park it in the parking lot where you stole the Stinger in `Grand Theft Auto.` Don`t worry, it won`t disappear. Now, initiate the mission. King Courtney will tell you that he supposedly needs you to deliver the Stinger for him since it has a stash of money in it. However, when you go inside the car, there will be a note talking about the true power of SPANK. A van will drive into the parking lot, and this spanked up guy will jump out with a bomb strapped on him. More vans will soon follow. Usually this mission would be hard, but if you left the tank there like I told you to earlier, get in it. Now smash through all the suicidal bombers and destroy the vans to pass the mission. You may want to push the tank into a body of water; if too many tanks are saved into your game, traffic will stop loading. Shoreside Vale Missions By D-Ice Uzi Money Difficulty: Moderate-Hard Weapons Needed: Uzi Money Awarded: $10,000 Drive-by 20 Purple Nines in 2 minutes 30 seconds to pass the mission. They look like red jacks, but with purple shirts on. Use a fast car. If you wish, you can also run them over. Toyminator Difficulty: Easy-Moderate Weapons Needed: None Money Awarded: $5,000 Use the explosive RC cars to destroy the three armored trucks driving around the city. There are three trucks and your have four cars. Rigged to Blow Difficulty: Moderate Weapons Needed: None Money Awarded: $20,000 Somebody rigged D-Ice`s Infernus with a bomb, and he wants you to take it to St. Mark`s to repair it at a garage. You must be very careful driving the Infernus; one bump could set it off. After it`s been taken care of at the garage, drive it back to D-Ice. If it is damaged, you can take it to the Pay`N`Spray in Newport to repair it. Bullion Run Difficulty: Moderate Weapons Needed: None Money Awarded: $25,000 A plane dropped its heavy cargo of platinum all over Pike Creek, and D-Ice wants you to collect at least thirty pieces of it. Use a big car than can hold lots of platinum, because the more you collect, the heavier and slower your car gets. Make regular trips so you aren`t going too slow. If you get a wanted level, just use the cheat. Rumble Difficulty: Easy-Moderate Weapons Needed: Baseball Bat Money Awarded: $10,000 D-Ice wants you to take care of some Purple Nines that have challenged the Red Jacks to a fight. Pick up his brother and drive to the blip in Wichita Gardens. Get in there and mash away at the Nines until they`re all dead. You can only use bats; no guns or cars. By Asuka II Bait Difficulty: Moderate-Hard Weapons Needed: None Money Awarded: $35,000 Find a fast car and get in it. Your job is to lure three groups of Cartel to a place in Pike Creek where Yakuza are waiting to kill them. Drive by a group to get their attention, and then drive to the blip on the radar in Pike Creek. Stay there until they get there. Then move somewhere out of the way and let the Yakuza kill them. Do this for all three groups to pass the mission. Espresso-2-Go Difficulty: Hard Weapons Needed: None Money Awarded: $40,000 You`ll need a fast car, yet again. If you have a BP Cheetah, that`s excellent. The Cartel are selling SPANK at coffee stands all over the city. When you destroy the first stand, you`ll have eight minutes to destroy the rest. Here`s the catch: the stands don`t appear on the radar until you get close to them. Since the timer doesn`t start until you destroy the first stand, drive through all three islands and find the stands before destroying them. The best way to do it is to start either on Shoreside or Portland, and destroy all the coffee stands on one island before moving on to the next. This way, you won`t have to go back to an island to find a coffee stand. Once all 9 blips are on the radar, destroy the first one and then eliminate the rest in the remaining 8 minutes. S.A.M. Difficulty: Hard-Very Hard Weapons Needed: Rocket Launcher, Uzi Money Awarded: $45,000 Asuka wants you to shoot down a plane full of SPANK before it lands. You have three and a half minutes before it lands at Francis International. If you don`t already have a rocket launcher, follow the blip on the radar and you`ll find a boat with a rocket launcher. Get inside the boat and drive it to the airport, near the runway. Get up on land before the plane comes; it`ll be easier. When you see the plane is about to land, fire rockets until it`s destroyed. If you let it land, you will fail. Once you destroy it, it will dump all the SPANK on the runway and you`ll get a 4-Star wanted level. A police chopper will show up; if you shoot it down, your wanted level will rise. We don`t want that. Kill the nearby Cartel and steal their truck, using it to pick up the SPANK on the runway. Now, two ways to get rid of the cops: use the wanted level cheat, or go to the nearby Pay`N`Spray to lower your wanted level. Once you`ve done that, drive back to the construction park in Newport and step into the marker to end the mission. Then, the next mission will begin immediately. Ransom Difficulty: Easy Weapons Needed: None Money Awarded: -$500,000 You will find a note with the dead bodies of Asuka and Miguel. It`s from Catalina, and she wants $500,000 (as well as all your weapons) in exchange for Maria`s life. If you don`t have that much, the easiest way to obtain it is to use the money cheat a few times (R2, R2, L1, L1, U, D, U, D, U, D). Then, go to the Cartel Mansion in Shoreside. By Catalina The Exchange Difficulty: Very Hard Weapons Needed: AK-47/Uzi/Shotgun, Rocket Launcher, Sniper Rifle Money Awarded: $1,000,000 This is the last storyline mission in the game. You will be stripped of all your weapons in the mansion. Then, Catalina will order her men to kill you. Run quickly to the garage to your right and get in the Cartel Cruiser. Use the health/armor cheat, as well as the weapon cheat a few times. Run over the gate guards and smash through the gates to leave the mansion grounds. You have seven minutes to kill Catalina and rescue Maria. You`ll see a brief cutscene showing the helicopter heading toward the Cochrane Dam. Get out of the cruiser and use the tank cheat (0,0,0,0,0,0,R1,L2,L1,T,0,T) and get in. Anyway, the first part of this will be cake. Smash through all of the barricades the Cartel have so kindly set up for you. Eventually, Catalina`s helicopter will start launching rocket at you. No problem, if you`re in the tank. A Barracks OL will come after you. Destroy it with your tank. Soon you will get to the final part, where there will be tons of men guarding the stairs. Use your tank as a shield. Snipe at them and pick as many off as you can, but when you start getting very low on health (below 50), use the health and armor cheats, and repeat. If you wish, you can charge through them using your shotgun. You may be tempted to use your rocket launcher. DON`T. You may accidentally kill Maria. After you kill them, one more guy will show up. I recommend using the shotgun for him. Now, take out your rocket launcher. Wait for the helicopter to make a pass, then shoot it down. After that, go check on Maria, and, congrats, you will have passed the final storyline mission of the game.
