Welcome to my GTA : Vice City 'Rob and Own' FAQ. In this section, I will tell
you
which stores you can rob, and where they are. Be careful though, each robbery
gives you a
3 star wanted level, so find a Pay n' Spray in the area.

You can rob the following:

1) Corner Store
Vice point, one block North of the Shady Points hospital

2) Dispensary + (Pharmacy)
Vice Point, one block West of the Corner Store

3) Jewelry Store
Vice point, just easy of bridge leading to Leaf Links Golf Course[i]

4) Gash
North Point Mall

5) Music Store
North Point Mall

6) Jewlery Store
North Point Mall

7) Hardware Store
North Point Mall

8) Bunch of Tools
Washington Beach, on peninsula West of Washington beach Police Station

9) Ryton Aide Pharmacy
Little Haiti, just next to Pay n' Spray

10) Pharmacy
Downtown, inbetween VRock's building and Rock City

11) Jewlery Store
Downtown, inbetween VRock's building and Rock City

12) Deli
Little Havana, one street North of Ryton Aide

13) Doughnut shop
Little Havana, on the Corner South of Cherry Popper

14) Laundromat
Little Havana, West of the Print Works

15) Screw This
Little Havana, between Umbertos and Sunshine Autos

Now I'll explain the price, revenue and position of the properties you can buy.
Please note, that all of these must be completed to achieve 100%.

You can buy these:

Boatyard
This can be bought for $10,000, and will generate $2000 per day after you
complete the mission 'Checkpoint Charlie'

Cherry popper Ice cream Factory
The factory in little Havana costs $20,000, and will generate $3000 per
day after completing the 'Distribution' mission

Kaufman Cabs
The Little Haiti based cab firm can be bought for $40,000. It will generate
$5000 per day, and give you a free 'Zebra cab' after finishing its mission
'Carmagedon'

Sunshine Autos
The car showroom costs $50,000 and generates an extra $1500 per Import/export
garage is complete ($9000 is all are complete)

Print Works
The Printer works costs $70,000, and generates $8000 per day after completing
'Hit the Courier'. Owning this property is a prerequisite to access the final
story missions

Film studio
This costs $60,000. After completing 'G-spotlight', it generates $7000 per day.

The Mailbu
The Mailbu is the most expensive business, costing $120,000. After completing
'The Job', it generates $10,000 per day. This is also (or supposedly) a
prerequisite to access the final story missions too.

Pole Position
This costs $30,000, and will generate $4000 per day after spending $600
on the dancer in the back room.


Final note: I'd like to thank Rockstar Games, Rockstar North (formlly DMA

of....erm game to come across the PS2.
