Hi, my name is Ryan aka Sonictrainer and this is my first Kirby guide I have made and posted online.

I made this guide to help people while they play of Kirby: Triple Deluxe.

If anyone has something they think I should add to the guide or notice any errors, feel free to contact me.

Fine Fields Stage 1

Availability: First Stage in the game
  • Copy Abilities: Sword Kirby, Beam Kirby, Fire Kirby and Spark Kirby
  • Sun Stones: 2
  • Point Stars: 57
  • Extra Lives: 1
  • Summary: Kirby goes through the first area of Fine Fields, encountering old enemies while getting used to the new 3D Warpstars and using the Miracle Fruit for the first time to become Hypernova Kirby. There are Poster here to help new players understand the [[Controls]].

Walkthrough: From the Start, Dash over to the platforms. A Poster Board will appear in the background to show you how to Jump. Jump/Hover Kirby to the Warpstar.

CHECKPOINT #1

Next, you'll find a Waddle Dee and a Star Block, where a Poster Board will appear in the background to show you how to Jump. Kirby can either Inhale both of them and shoot Star Bullets or avoid them completely.

There's another one and a Swinging Waddle Dee that's going between the foreground and background.

Use a Air Bullet or Slide to hit the Bomb Block. Up ahead is a Blade Knight, which Kirby can inhale and swallow to become Sword Kirby.

Behind the Sword Knight is a Bronto Burt.

Behind the Bronto Burt is a Waddle Doo, which Kirby can inhale and swallow to become Beam Kirby.

After that you should see a Waddle Dee standing on top of a Wooden Box. Inside the Wooden Box is a Green Point Star.

Grab the 3D Warpstar to go to the Background Path. To the left is a 1-Up. Up ahead is a Bronto Burt, a Waddle Dee, and a Waddle Doo.

You should see another Wooden Box and the 2nd 3D Warpstar. Inside the Wooden Box is a Cherry. Grab the 3D Warpstar to be taken back to the foreground.

To the left is a Flower, that has 1 Point Star. Watch out for the Hot Head, which Kirby can inhale and swallow to become Fire Kirby. A Poster Board will appear in the background to show you how to Hover.

Finally, you should see 2 Swinging Waddle Dee over a bridge of Star Blocks and Meat before the Star Gate.

CHECKPOINT #2

Continue to the right and press down on the wooden platform to go to the bottom. Watch for the Bronto Burts flying out from the tall grass from the background into the foreground.

If you have Sword Kirby or Fire Kirby you can burn the second tall grass to find a hidden 3D Warpstar. In the background you can find some Point Stars and a hidden Keychain #1.

After the 3D Warpstar is a ?. Past it is a couple of thin platforms that Kirby can dash across. There are a few Point Stars underneath them. At the end are 2 Star Blocks and a Blade Knight. There is a Pineapple hidden inside the Star Blocks.

Past the Blade is a Broom Hatter and the 3D Warpstar. However, if you go past the 3D Warpstar, you'll find a sleeping Waddle Dee and a Wooden Box. Inside the Wooden Box is a Energy Drink.

Take the 3D Warpstar to be taken to the background. Waiting for you is a ?, which Kirby can inhale and swallow to become Spark Kirby. Inside the Star Blocks to the left is a single Point Star.

Dash over the thin platform bridge to find 2 ?, a Wooden Box, and Keychain #2. Enter the 2nd Star Gate to reach the next area.

CHECKPOINT #3

As soon as Kirby gets close to the root, the Miracle Fruit will appear. Touch to become Hypernova Kirby!

Go to the big tree and inhale to swallow it automatically. Once the tree is gone, the first Sun Stone will appear. Touch to make the Star Gate appear.

CHECKPOINT #4

As soon as you get close to the enemies and Star Blocks, Inhale to suck up everything in your path. Point Stars will appear after Kirby sucks in the trees.

Soon you'll come to an area where a Poster on the Wall will tell you to make Kirby use his Inhale to move the Big Iron Block to clear your way. You can also use both of them to reach the last Sun Stone.

You'll come across a group of Waddle Dee, but you can Inhale them.

Soon you'll come to a Wrecking Ball. Have Hypernova Kirby inhale the Wrecking Ball and walk backwards until the Wrecking Ball starts glowing white. Once it's completely white, Hypernova Kirby should automatically stop inhaling and the wall will be completely destroyed.

In the gap before the Star Gate is the Rare Keychain (or Keychain #3 if you've already collected the Rare Keychain). If the wall didn't get completely destroyed, you won't be able to get the Rare Keychain.

LAST CHECKPOINT

In this area, Kirby will have to battle the First Mini-Boss in his Hypernova Form to make the Goal Gate appear.

Hypernova Kirby Mini-Boss #1

Battle Style: In this battle, Kirby will have to fight against 3 Big Moleys by Inhaling the Giant Star Blocks they throw and Spitting them back at them.

The First Moley is Orange and is easy to take out. As soon as he throws a Big Star Block, inhale to grab it, and spit as soon as he reappears out of his hole.

The Second Moley is Red and will put up a decoy to trick you. After he throws a Big Star Block, wait until after the decoy is gone and for him to pop up again to spit.

Finally, the last one is Purple and will pop up from the top and bottom of the hills and put up decoys. He will also throw his Star Blocks faster than the other two.

Walkthrough: From the Start, Kirby will take 3D Warpstars to the 1st Star Gate.

CHECKPOINT #1

Kirby will now be inside of a cave. Up ahead is a Cappy and a Bomb Block. Use an Air Bullet or Slide to destroy the Bomb Block and climb down the ladder.

Near the bottom of the ladder is a Dingle, which Kirby can inhale and swallow to become Bell Kirby. Destroy the Star Blocks to grab a Point Star.

Destroy the next Bomb Block and go down the next ladder to find 2 more Bomb Blocks and 2 Waddle Dees jumping in from the Background:

If you do this correctly, the fire will go out, revealing a Maximum Tomato and the Star Gate. However, if you tilt in the left direction and empty the bowl out, another one will drop down from the ceiling.

CHECKPOINT #2

This area has several 3D Warpstars and enemies jumping between the foreground and background:

  • If you avoid the 3D Warpstars and stay in the background, you will find a Keychain, a Treasure Chest holding Sun Stone #1 behind a breakable wall, and a Dingle.
  • If you grab the first 3D Warpstar and head over to the left, through the gap in the wall, you'll find a Blade Knight and another 3D Warpstar that goes to a hidden area with Star Blocks and Point Stars. Inside the Star Blocks are a Cake Slice, a Green Point Star, and a 1-Up.
  • Continuing in the foreground, there's a Banana in one of the Flowers, 3 Kabu, and a switch underneath a platform. Hit the switch and grab the last 3D Warpstar to get to the 3rd Star Gate.

CHECKPOINT #3

Jump inside the cannon to break through some Hard Blocks into a Gyroscope Cannon. Tilt your 3DS to the left to take out the Bronto Burt and grab Keychain #2. Then aim for the right Gyroscope Cannon and aim for the 2 Bronto Burts at a diagonal. You'll end up into another Gyroscope Cannon. On the left is Sun Stone #2 and on the right is a Gordo. Take the left path, grab Sun Stone #2, and hover up to the last Cannon. Fire away to send Kirby to the 4th Star Gate.

CHECKPOINT #4

Travel down the path to find a ?, which Kirby can inhale and swallow to become Whip Kirby. Continue to find a Shotzo standing on a bridge of 3 Star Blocks. You can use a Copy Ability or Air Bullets to send Shotzo into the pit.

Up ahead is a Shotzo firing from the background. Destroy the Bomb Block to make it disappear. Soon you'll see another Shotzo in the background, 2 sets of Bomb Blocks, and the 1st Orange Star Gate in the entire game. Destroy the Bomb Block in the air to get to the Orange Star Gate.

Fine Fields Stage 2 Orange Star Gate

Inside this area is a Water Bowl, 2 Flower Buds, and a Locked Door holding a Pineapple and the last Sun Stone.

Jump inside the Water Bowl and completely tilt your 3DS so that the bowl will spill water onto the Flower Buds to make them grow. The left bud holds a Key and the right one is needed to climb up to the door. Carefully balance between the flowers.

Pass the Orange Star Gate is a Blade Knight and another Shotzo shooting from the background. Once again, destroy the Bomb Block to get Shotzo out of your way and hover up to the platform. To the left is a breakable block holding Keychain #3.

LAST CHECKPOINT

Destroy the Bomb Block and travel down to meet Bandana Waddle Dee. To the right of him are Fire Kirby and Sword Kirby Copy Essences. Get ready for the 1st Mini-Boss Fight in the game (that doesn't use Hypernova Kirby).

Fine Fields Stage 2 Mini-Boss: Mr. Frosty

Battle Style: Mr. Frosty will try to put an Ice Block on the field and chuck it at Kirby. However, you can attack him during this point with a Copy Ability to break it and hurt him. Also, if Kirby isn't using a Ability, he can Inhale the Ice Block and spit it back at him.

He'll also do a spinning attack that allows him to fly and go in between the foreground and background. Star Bullets will appear after he does this.

He may also try to slide across the ground to ram into Kirby but he'll become stunned when he hits the wall. Also Star Bullet will appear.

After he's defeated, Kirby can Inhale him to become Ice Kirby.

If you make a mistake, the rope will repair itself so you can try again. At the top is Sun Stone #2

Wild World Stage 6 BOSS

Availability: Coming Soon
  • Copy Essences: Bell Kirby, Archer Kirby, and Spear Kirby
  • Sun Stones: 1
  • Ingame Description: A giant snake statue revered by the People of the Sky since the dawn of time. Its body lies sheathed in celestial golden armor, but the old texts say that its head lacks protection!
  • Summary: Kirby must battle against Coily Rattler, a giant robot rattle snake. It will try to hit Kirby with its tail, mouth, and entire body as a whole or in separate pieces.

Battle Style: In the Beginning, Coily Rattler spit 3 fireballs at Kirby, which can be destroyed by a Copy Ability attack.

Next, it will slide across the field, going between the Foreground and Background. Dodge and hit its head as it comes by.

If it spins and shoots up into the ceiling, it will try to rain down on top of Kirby. Some sand will fall from the ceiling to warn you of where he'll drop from. Star Bullets appear after this.

If it comes towards Kirby, shaking its tail, Jump and Hover up to the top of the screen. It will try to smack Kirby. Star Bullets appears with each swing.

Coily Rattler may also go into the Background and slide along the pillars and shoot fireballs from there.

Second Phase: Once Coily Rattler's Health Bar is half full, it will separate and come back together again for its second phase.

Now when it goes across the platform, it spirals around it. You Jump/Hover to dodge and then attack its head.

This time when it goes into the Background, it will spin around the pillar separating and throwing pieces of its body at Kirby. Dash left and right to dodge the pieces. Its head will be the last piece to fall and if you hit it, you'll be able to stun temporary and get more hits in.

Coily Rattler will also set itself on fire and spin around the path, going up and down in one direction.

If its head pops out from the ceiling, it will try to aim at Kirby and bite him. Move left and right and Jump/Hover to dodge. Each landing it makes will make Star Bullets appear.

Coily Rattler will also spiral around the path, put his head up, and shoot 3 fireballs at Kirby again. It will also go into the Background and shoot even more Fireballs at Kirby.

Coily Rattler will do a Wheel Kirby impression and spin towards Kirby. Jump/Hover to the top of the screen to avoid it. Star Bullets will appear from its path.
